The sales team including Ryan was very helpful in giving us truthful information about the community, home, and KB in general. Brooke helped us zero in on our loan and Jorge was the go-to for construction.

The experience was good.

Our Sales counselor was awesome and on top of everything! Over all the quality of the home is good. We have some issues with paint,Trim, and caulking on your kitchen island and closet shelves, But a major problem which was our toilet was fixed immediately! All the problems we currently have our minor and can get fixed near the year mark! We got a great price on our home compared to other builder competitors. Staff were very friendly. I highly recommend KB homes! No other home builders give a good price on a home compared to them and you get two years of customer service for any issues.

I went , I saw and I conquered , Initially it seemed unapproachable due to wrong information I got from people about KB homes but I took courage with the help of wonderful staff there who made the search much easier for me, they respectfully explained every question i had. Am impressed, i urge you to give it a trial too.

This is my 2nd time buying KB home and have no regrets. Got a home that perfectly matches my requirements. Overall, I am happy with the end result. I appreciate the hard work and professionalism of the team. From sales, lending and construction I have received all necesssary support, attention and communication. One area of improvement would be attention to detail on outside vendors work. There were some corrections needed after I moved in and KB home team very diligently worked with these vendors to resolve issues. I understand that it's normal to encounter some issues after moving in, but paying closer attention to vendors' work during the early stages could greatly enhance the overall experience for homebuyers. The overall process was fairly painless and the staff was very responsive to my questions and needs.

My home buying experience was great! I had the privilege to work with Jaime and Edie. Both of them were great! They were always ready to answer my questions at anytime and provide support. I enjoyed working with them. They made purchasing my first house easier. Thank you!

Very responsive to any issues that arise The values of the home in the area seem to be trending down in the area

I was satisfied with everything except few little things, house was not clean after we received the keys to the house plus some of the touch were not completed even after we requested the work orders

Overall everything is pretty good.

We had a great build and purchase experience with KB homes, The home was ready before the original deadline by months and we were very happy with the home, The only issue we have had is the lawns and the sprinkler system problems and that is a landscaping company that KB hired and they r in the process of fixing those issues, Scott was an amazing salesperson and Brandon has been an outstanding construction manager

It was a great experience dealing with KB from the show room to salespeople and construction of house to finance crew thank you KB

We had a great experience working with KB Homes on the purchase of our first house. James in sales was very accommodating to help find the right home for us. He was knowledgeable of the whole process so there were no surprises. Elizabeth in KB home loans was great to work with. She spent time answering my questions and making sure I understood expectations.

This was such a great experience for our family! We were guided from foundation up until the complete construction of our home. This was an exceptional experience as a first time home buyer!

Very Disappointed with not allowing to lock the mortgage rate without selecting the options at KB Studio though we have paid separately for the options which left me paying 2.5% more interest which is a lot. It looks foolish to hold since KB is charging customers for options upfront. House construction quality looks good. Thanks to the construction manager Ray for his timely updates and fixing minor issues in a timely manner. Insulation seems to be low causing hearing TV sound and garage door opening or closing sounds in most of the rooms.

I have friends who purchased from other builders and all of the components of their houses are top notch. Many components of my house isnt as great as I hoped it would be. The price range is acceptable, but if these issues were known before buying, I might not have accepted the price range that I agreed to. I would have definitely negotiated a lot more.
