Honesty, integrity absent. Felt unrepresented, our fault should have not trusted our sales agent. Things discussed not honored due to not using KBs rude, incompetent Lender. Some $$ towards house taken away from us. Was told by sales “oh no, you can use your own lender and still get $2500 regardless, but not the $5000”. We understood, KB also took that $2500 away, feel a punishment for not using there lender. “ Oh it’s in contract you could lose it”! So was say will receive regardless of who we use? Took 14 months to build a small under 1900 sq ft. home. Felt like KB wanted us to back out. In turn our Interest rate hurt us. Did walk thru. Nothing we pointed out was done, now seems it will not. Cracked patio we paid for. Told by sales our appliance would be scratch resistant, had a mar in middle was told be taken care of at walk thru it wasn’t. It’s does not clean without horrid streaks and we had to pay extra to purchase. Will not do anything for us. Kitchen sink leaking upon move in, no one yet has came to fix. Have a towel and pot underneath. Ceiling seams visible, only to find ceiling was separating thru great area and hallway. Did someone to fix, then stopped him. He BTW was great. Had to extensively screw drywall to 2x4s as ceiling was sagging. Huge crack in our hallway he was suppose to finished it was stopped. We believe he was reprimanded for doing it right, hallway not finished, now no one sent to paint over seams, just a complete stop. Cracked tiles, one loose. Driveway and garage door never power-washed, as well driveway looks mismatched in color, dirt brown, and garage door filthy. Left hole in yard, did not fill in just put sod over it. Gravel, not dirt under areas of sod. Door seal, large gap front door 2. back door seals looks old and used, looks bad. Btw was told that would be taken care of it. Mismatched baseboards kitchen, living room, which we paid extra for. No foam insulation around stove vent or sink. Jb homes offered me the best overall deal and the people involved in my purchasing experience were very helpful and friendly. My experience with KBhomes was quite positive. I would highly recommend kbhomes to anyone who is trying to be a home owner.

The weekly calls/emails to keep me informed on everything pertaining to the house over all good experience Demetrius and Glen helped also and the loan officer stayed in contact helping make sure everything was going as planned

This is my first home buying experience. I see that Sales, Design center and Construction managers works as a team to ensure quality home construction. I am so happy with overall experience.

Overall it was good experience. I only take star out because of maintenance of yard. It would have been much better along with inside if contracted builder has taken care of debris in the yard. Else it was pleasure working with Larry & Olga. Contractor is completely different discussion :) .

Good quality of materials and affordable prices.

We were able to take delivery of our home right on time their were some delays due to shortages but Cody and Nancy went above to ensure Our Customer satisfaction we are beyond happy with our home and Community

There were plenty of delays for the move-in dates. We have been in the home for over a month, the 30-day visit has not been complete. Staff communication could be improved. Other than that, the house is built well. The value of the house is well priced. The location and the community are great.

KB Home is amazing! From the start to end, it was a great experience. Very good builder from Sales till Warranty Support. I highly recommend KB Home. As a first home buyer, KB Home will be always in my heart.

Very professional and affordable price

It has been such a pleasure working with KB Homes. To be able to build a home and deliver on the preferred date of choice in his housing market which has considerable supply chains delays was a huge achievement from the team. Great home buying experience overall

This was my first home buying experience and i cant thank enough KB home on making this a memorable journey. Specially Larry Master is a amazing person to work with over the last 10 months.

First new home - good experience for me

A sales representative was very nice to answer my questions about KB Home, promptly informed us the progress of home building. I decided to buy a home from KB Home since price versus location and environment are good. Design studio experience were very good. He guided me every option in detail, explained the advantage and disadvantage kindly. So, I could choose the options that I needed while doing design selection meeting. They sent information every week by asking what we needed. They answered in detail and supported us regarding mortgage interest rate and helped us to adjust it very kindly and informatively. I was 100% satisfied with their supports. In every steps of building, the construction manager explained about progresses in weekly private meeting along with email and conference call meeting. especially, they carefully construct foundations with concrete with very good temperature at the time. Build manager checked very carefully if there were missing parts in every step and fixed it in right time. construction steps were done in timely manner. final tough-up was very good by checking every missing or defect parts. after closing, every broken part was touched by construction manager promptly. Thanks KB Home for building my new home. Home was ready 100% in every aspect, especially in air conditioning, waters, and so on. it was almost perfect. I am satisfied with warranty care staff. They fixed items that I asked by well-planned manner. usually, they were fixed 2 days in average. This measure was eliminating the delay because of my out of town plan. In overall, KB Home gives me a nice impression, especially in diligent building activities even in COVID-19 period. Building was done in time with good quality, especially in energy efficiency. The HERS® or Home Energy Rating System reported my home is 55 rating, which is lower the better. In average, new home's HERS score is 130. ... More
