KB Home made the experience simple and easy for me.

My initial experience with KB was quite good. The sales, design studio, mortgage lending and construction manager would be rated 5 stars to work with but after closing, my experience has been much different. Pretty much, once you close on the house and try to get responsiveness from the warranty department to correct sloppy work completed along the way during the construction of your 'new' home, you can expect at least a month of back and forth to try to get anything accomplished. The purchase of the house was very smooth and the personnel from KB Homes were very helpful and keep us informed.

Being a homeowner is a great achievement! Along the road the process might be stressful but doable.it is all about hard work,commitment and believing in yourself that you can do it. I personally it started as a dream but finally it happened! Great homes,great team KB HOME! Greatly appreciate

Great experiences with the buying process. I love Daines and Mr. Mike, They jump to it when it comes to maintenance and questions', they are honest and don't shy away. The closing process was great until a lady named Evelyn got involved. Other then that the buying process was amazing.

Closing process was such a headache, documentation process is so messy that it delayed us from closing for about 3 months. Loan processor was changed mid process and we had to gather all documentation all over again. Overall not a very simple process for closing. Review in regards to the house: Everything is working well, happy to finally have settled into my new home.

The exterior of the house and the materials are good. The materials used inside the house are mediocre and the workmanship is mediocre

Overall my experience could have been so much better. Missing the little details that could have made it a truly great experience. With that said my agent Tabitha was good however when she was transferred to another location it took away the attention to details.

The 4th house I got from KB. Good quality, good location, reasonable price.

The one thing that I don't like is, the utility workers do not notify you when they will need to access your property. We already moved into our home and we had our side gate locked and just made it home from shopping, and my wife was in the bedroom changing and two guys jumped my back fence, she ran into the living room and told me she was changing and these guys came over the fence and I ran to the back of the house and I saw that they were digging in my backyard.They had no name tags or uniforms and I didn't know who they were and they didn't speak English, and with all the crime today it almost ended with me pulling my weapon One then was able to say KB HOMES AT&T and I figured out that they were contracted out to KB Homes for at&t digging cable lines. They should have put a note on my door or something because it could have ended very bad. Please make your workers identifiable and start knocking and putting notes on your door and letting you know when they have to go into your back yard, so they won't have to jump your back fence. ... I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND KB HOMES TO ANYONE, IT'S THE WORST BUILDERS, VERY CHEAP AND POOR QUALITY!!! IM VERY DISAPPOINTED IN MY HOME, WISH I WOULD HAVE WENT WITH ANOTHER BUILDER!!!

Seller’s agent Tanika had been great but I had some bad experience with a couple of others after discovering a water leak with about a week after moving in. I picked KB because of some friends who had a good experience at another city. Maybe it was the pandemic, the supplies shortages, the shortage in workers but they could really do better.

KB Home staff is very knowledgeable, and friendly. Great Experience. I would recommend KB Home to anyone.

KB Homes may look nice from the exterior and the salesman may sing a beautiful tune, but this builder is one of the worst and takes every possible shortcut with no thought as to how it might affect the homebuyer. The salesmen work for KB Home and are willing to say anything to get you to sign that contract and put that sold sign in front of the house! We discovered many problems throughout the home including cracked foundation, "upgrades" installed incorrectly to where they don't function properly, light fixtures that do not work or are falling off the wall, among other features. Tile in the home is so uneven and chipped I cannot walk barefoot without physically cutting my feet. KB Home refuses to fix these issues. We were extremely pressured to "hurry up and close" and were promised warranty would take care of these issues after closing on the home; however, after closing on the home, warranty flat out refused to take care of these issues. I closed on my home with blue tape where painters and other contractors were supposed to come fix things. I was told to not worry about this, that again it would be taken care of after I signed closing documents. I signed closing documents, and suddenly both warranty and construction tell me it is not their problem anymore. They are deceptive in their business practices. I highly regret my purchase. ... More

Got our home as a inventory. It was nice with some upgrades already.

They are taking a lot of time in taking care of my warranty issues.
