The building process in 2021 was full of delays and material shortages. Dustin and Reem kept me informed so I could make informed decisions and get to closing with the least amount of headache as possible.

They are on top of everything with house updates every week and is such a smooth process because they have their own app and everything u need you upload through app.

KB Homes has a wonderful staff. They always respond to your concerns in a timely manner. The sales and construction team always keep you updated weekly on the progress of your home. Problem with drainage still working on it. Not happy with HOA company; Slow respounce
