Great value and prices. I had to keep an eye on my construction team since they weren't very good with deadlines or forgetting small details. Their design studio experience was the absolute cherry on top; there is no better interior design experience.

During the building of our dream home, Thomas and Chad gave us weekly updates from the beginning to the end!! They were thorough and made sure that we understood what was going on before hanging up!! Very attentive, and helpful

I am happy with my new home overall. All of the staff I came across in the home buying process were great and very helpful. I appreciate the weekly updates and the quality of the home. I think the value for the price was good. The several phone calls to leave reviews were a little annoying, however.

They were so in sync It has to be a culture a way of daily business to support, to care ,and to share their time and experience to make this a great experience!!!

There are few architectural in design issues that should be a looked at. 1. Design issues, there should be a diagram of where the electrical fixtures are going to be at design studio to make better decisions. 2. Architecturely bathroom 2 and 3 have little space to keep trash can by the toilet and the sink and that also causes a problem in cleaning that area.

Not the best experience, definitely makes me doubt reusing kb home services in the fut

He was very good with getting the deal done reassuring me not to worry. Just be able to contact Doug and he kept me update with my closing date as well as Luis who was my loan officer. Dexter at the Design Center was one of a kind, helping me put together my colors and he made me feel like family. I love buying from KB and would tell everyone let KB make you feel rite at home. As a first time home buyer, l was really scared to venture into the process considering everything negative l have heard from others. However, my experience with KB home was surprisingly great. When we started, l realized the process was well thought and organized. I was told that someone will contact me weekly to give the progress information and they actually did. I know everything that's going on with my new home because James, the biulder called me every Friday and so were the contacts from Doug the sales manager. I love the fact that l went to their studio to pick out every details and l remembered how comfortable l was with the designer. I wasn't pressured to choose any design that l wasn't comfortable with. Rather, l was being assisted to make even better choice. And the finishing of my house is amazing. The loan process wasn't bad as well. Luis was the loan officer. I benefited from his great experience and when l got nervous about the closing date towards the end, he ensured that all the necessities were in place in time to close as soon as possible. Overall, l will recommend KB Homes to new buyers simply because the experience is less stressful and you have a choice on how your home is designed.
