Great customer service !!!

Enjoyed the whole transaction from buying to move-in.

A few too many days we had issues with, the major thing was a hole in the pecs water system .. flooded the master closet in the hallway leading to the master bathroom and throughout the kitchen hallway and washroom area, though it wasn’t KB‘s fault but it should’ve been picked up when the stove top was installed the paint was all pitted and lifted prior to us taking possession of the home, one of the downspouts on the rain gutter system was completely caved in, A lot of overspray throughout the kitchen cabinets and the tile floors.

Totally un responsive. inept, csr has no clue what he is doing. Doesn't listen. makes excuses for everything.

I was not satisfied with KB Homes. They made my first home experience a very difficult one.

They could do better on the basic features of all the houses built rather than making every option an upgrade.

Paul and Ivan are awesome people that helped us out a lot with our home.

Okay for low budget

I am a second time home buyer and i have seen honesty, dedication and people who really care about your satisfaction. My previsous builder never called my 30 days after i moved in to ask if everything is going good. This is my honest review and i did not get paid to write this.

The Sales staff was always responsive to our questions and ready to take care of any issues.

Extremely satisfied with KBHome building my dream home from start to finish...

The overall experience was good. The only drawback was the communication when dealing with the financial part.

Everything went smoothly, and the first time buying home experience was amazing because of Sales representative Jeff and Construction supervisor Thomas. They were both very patient and detail oriented when it came to the process.

I had a great first time home buying experience with KB Homes. All staff members were readily available, always willing to answer any questions or concerns, and made the overall process easy and exciting.

They a;ways respond back to your queries, and fix issues

Staff is very friendly. We had a couple of issues with the contract that was not favorable, but other than that, the experience was great. Workers who built the house do leave trash laying around. That is probably the only issue I had throughout this whole process.

I wish I could have given a better rating but I have to be honest about this review. In my opinion, the construction material is not the greatest quality. We noticed a few things since moving in, such as our front door does not feel secure. A corner of the front door near the lock is cracked, and someone used something like clay to patch the crack. The front door pops open a little even when the door is locked. The lock does not turn completely to assure the lock won’t reopen. The front door feels like hard plastic instead of real wood. The door in the master bathroom does not close unless you try lifting the door. Also the kitchen outlets does not work. Most door knobs lock counter clockwise which drives me crazy because I want to turn the locks clockwise. I gave home buying experience a 3 because there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the home buying Process with the financial department. I think you get a decent size home for the price, but quality and attention to detail shouldn’t be sacrificed ... More
