Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.

KB home good company but I didn't deliver my second home. 2 months late.

We are satisfied with our KB home purchase. The only complaint is the KBHS lender - they were not worth the incentives offered and we utilized an outside lender instead. Otherwise everything else went smoothly.

Good sales reps and construction managers that help you with any questions/concers throughout the process.

Be aware after living here for a month or so I find the workmanship was very rushed to be specific the finish work like the calking and wall repairs and trim fitment and the clean up! Also kb could spend a little more to put better product like door handles soft close hinges and don’t paint the door hinges!!!

The homebuying process and experience was great, my agent was really responsive, helpful and available for questions. The house itself is pretty good overall, but it has many workmanship issues that any homebuyer will want to get more professional work done to their newly constructed house. It seems like the skills, professionalism and quality of some of the construction workers that built the house are very low. Like I mentioned before, the house overall is good, but there are many finishes that it was done rushing and just to finish the job. They didn't take pride in what they were doing. I hope that structurally, electrically, and with the plumbing and HVAC installation construction team really took their time and provided a professional and quality work because that is the work that homeowners cannot see and trusts the builders with. ... The one thing that I don't like is, the utility workers do not notify you when they will need to access your property. We already moved into our home and we had our side gate locked and just made it home from shopping, and my wife was in the bedroom changing and two guys jumped my back fence, she ran into the living room and told me she was changing and these guys came over the fence and I ran to the back of the house and I saw that they were digging in my backyard.They had no name tags or uniforms and I didn't know who they were and they didn't speak English, and with all the crime today it almost ended with me pulling my weapon One then was able to say KB HOMES AT&T and I figured out that they were contracted out to KB Homes for at&t digging cable lines. They should have put a note on my door or something because it could have ended very bad. Please make your workers identifiable and start knocking and putting notes on your door and letting you know when they have to go into your back yard, so they won't have to jump your back fence. ... It's a positive experience building home with KB

Week of purchasing home, air conditioner stopped working due to contractors putting nail holes in the copper tubing. Contract laborers below par - woooden fence in back yard 7" from ground with jagged, uneven edges gaps. Patio foundation has cracks after two months. Siding on windows not completed. Gap on trim of front door inside home where the ceiling meets the door. These are just a few items. Still waiting for more items to be addressed by Builder. Thankful to have a home but wondering if should have gone through another builder.

Great company. Really enjoyed the process but the basic house without upgrades is not worth the price and some of the upgrades are a little on the pricey side. We did a lot of upgrades ourselves after we closed. Overall would build with them again.

I have found issues in the quality of the work done and not so great explanations for the issue.

it's been almost 2 months in our new home and little by little things are starting to fall apart. started with the garage and now down to smaller items that I'm able to fix on my own.

Bad communication with the builder… But on another note..Mrs Kathy was the one who really made this experience so wonderful… I give her all praise…

The sidings, hardie board around the house were installed crooked some crooked in and some bulging out, making rattling noises even when it lightly windy remind its not even pass 3 months yet after closing. I contacted the warranty officer and all he said is to send out the guy to put nails in, easy as it sound, but with those cracked and crooked in, i asked those to be replaced thy ignore ny request and they said will send out the siding manufacture to inspect. I wonder what the role the siding manufacture plays here since they arent not the one who installed it and arent the one hearing the rattling noises to the point it sounds like you pickup a wooden stud and keep smashing it to the wall. I’m regretting my decision entrusting KB’s quality on my house. Definitely not gonna recommend this builder to anybody i know. ... More

Overall we were treated good until it came time to get all the bugs out. Like door knobs coming off. AC blowing extremely hot only upstairs and we're still having issues

I am very happy with the customer support from the team. Always responsive to any questions we had.
