My journey went smooth , The whole team were supportive and responsive at every step, The sales agent was amazing who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, The only thing I would say is that quality needs to beimproved a bit but still it's not that bad but can be improved, Remaining the whole journey as a first time home buyer was very positive.

There are still some outside painting that need to be done, waiting to be contacted regarding that

After seeing so many builders and finally finding KB, I absolutely loved the home from the outside to the inside. My family and I felt at home right away. Few issues we found after moving in but the warranty dept was so quick and friendly to respond. Love love my KB Home!

We bought this house between Nov 4th and Dec 14th. Fast and easy! I am very comfortable here and looking forward to many years more in it. Trey and Chad and the local team have been great.

The entire process was seamless. All parties involved made themselves easily accessible and answered all questions. The home was the perfect fit for our family. We lucked up with a property with lots of upgrades and comparing to base model, definitely spend the extra money on them.

This is my first experience buying a home and there were overwhelming and high pressure moments but ultimately everything worked out.

Great Price point, building process was ok but could use some improvements in the communication area.

Great experiences with the buying process. I love Daines and Mr. Mike, They jump to it when it comes to maintenance and questions', they are honest and don't shy away. The closing process was great until a lady named Evelyn got involved. Other then that the buying process was amazing.

Overall my experience could have been so much better. Missing the little details that could have made it a truly great experience. With that said my agent Tabitha was good however when she was transferred to another location it took away the attention to details.

Got our home as a inventory. It was nice with some upgrades already.

Process was pretty easy. Studio visit and choices were very good. Construction manager very helpful.

Right from the signing of the contract to buy, its been a pleasurable experience. The builder has an awesome customer support team! Kudos to the whole team

Great and beautiful, clean environment

I have been very please with responses to any issues since I moved into the house, Shelbi does a great job.

Overall experience was great. From start to finish the building process was the easiest of the journey. Jake, the construction manager was very informative and communicative and kept us up to date. Any issues we brought up to him he got fixed right away. Mortgage and sales is a little different. We ran into some issues that delayed our closing by 15 days with mortgage and our sales rep was not very communicative and felt very pushy when he was communicating. But overall, if I had to do it again with just kb as a builder I would. If I had to go through the process with the kb sales team and mortgage team included, I probably would not go with them. ... Okay buying experience. Fixes problems quickly that should have been fixed before closing.

The communication could have been better.

I could not give 5 stars because everything were good, except the old KB loan team were incompetence and did not co-operate to lock interest rate for my mortgage. As a result, it cost me higher mortgage at closing with new loan team. Other than that, sale, maintenance, construction were all good.

Love the new home. Staff were approacgable and friendly. Construction encountered delays but overall a great experience. Warranty program is also very good

House completion was delayed by eight months!

unfortunately we had to wait longer than originally indicated, there are several observations that you will only be able to see until you live in the house, the person who does the landscape did a poor quality job but being a contractor we do not know what agreements they reach with Kbhomes for the elaboration of the work and what materials they will occupy, on the other hand, take the time to measure the surfaces of each room so that you are sure that your furniture has the necessary space, If you are one of those who uses your garage as a warehouse, you will not have a problem, but if you use your garage for what it is intended for, I will tell you that the garages are small and a family van is at the limit, making it very difficult to walk through the garage if necessary. and opening the trunk becomes a bit complicated task Finally, I would advise you not to minimize any detail before moving to your new home and make this purchase a pleasant experience. ...
