New home buying experience can be intimidating but you just need to know what you need in your new home before you go to the studio.

Finding my first house with KB Homes was a thrilling process. They were very responsive, they told me exactly what was required, and they provided me with steps to closing my deal.

Disappointed in the quality of the interior paint. Paint splatter is on almost all 1/4 round and floors. Painters did not caulk under any door frames.

Bobby was my contractor on my new home build and he made the process seem so smooth and easy to get through. Consistently updating me and answering any questions or concern I had. KB homes price point is very reasonable for the products and quality of material that the offer and I am please to have purchased my home with KB.

Process was pretty easy. Studio visit and choices were very good. Construction manager very helpful.

I have been very please with responses to any issues since I moved into the house, Shelbi does a great job.

I could not give 5 stars because everything were good, except the old KB loan team were incompetence and did not co-operate to lock interest rate for my mortgage. As a result, it cost me higher mortgage at closing with new loan team. Other than that, sale, maintenance, construction were all good.

Visit your future home periodically, to detect issues in the construction process and ask for corrections every step till conpletion

That once you sign the design contract, there is no going back. Even if you want to change something the very next day. So leave some time between the two design appointments so that you can decide whether you want to change your mind or not.

Working with Chase was a great experience. He made sure any issues were taken care of promptly and was on top of things

Sales and construction staff were friendly courteous and very knowledgeable. We were especially pleased with the final walk-through and resolution of any minor issues.

Sales staff was very helpful, flexible and proactive.

The process was good. I found it disappointing from the get-go that if our real estate agent was not present on first visit they would not be allowed on the purchase contract. This cost me several thousand dollars on the start with no going back, despite using their preferred agents. The building process was good and relatively quick despite the early stages of the pandemic. The builder overseeing my home was outstanding and fixed everything I requested, within the bounds of KB's very tight leash. The design center had plenty of options despite being highly overpriced, I performed the same upgrades myself at 25% of the cost. The primary down point was when I was up-sold by HomePro for a internet/cable provided conduit that ended up being useless due to a failure for the company to communicate with the installers from AT&T. Great experience.

As a first time home buyer the process was very smooth. Doug in sales was very helpful with assisting us in getting exactly what we wanted.

The quality of the building materials as of the framing I saw a lot of pieces that I would have use , But they pass inspection I also saw those same pieces and other homes being built . Once in the you start to notice small things like Call king not done in some areas grout already decaying ,, window seals not even , I have been in the house 2 months still have a problem with gnats, can’t seem to get rid of them, the building manager and my want to person has definitely tried to help with the problem and I commend him for that .. Overall I am happy with the house

Good value for the price.

After the closing i found some issues and contacted the warranty service department. Greg was very responsive and he immediately come and check the issues and resolve it. Really appreciated the excellent service.

My journey went smooth , The whole team were supportive and responsive at every step, The sales agent was amazing who went above and beyond to satisfy my needs, The only thing I would say is that quality needs to beimproved a bit but still it's not that bad but can be improved, Remaining the whole journey as a first time home buyer was very positive.
