Speedy response and customer service orientation

For the money paid for house, I think the quality and workmanship is a bit lacking. Also, we picked a larger lot to install a pool in the future. But due to the extreme excavation to the back yard (which we discovered was necessary after the house build was well underway) to facilitate drainage. We may not be able to install a pool or even afford to install a pool. Not too happy with KB Homes right now.

We had a great experience from start to finish. We were amazed at the options at the design studio and the pricing was great. Mark, the contractor, was great explaining everything to us during the build. We would recommend KB to anyone and would definitely buy one again

Sales staff was truly outstanding & could not have had a better experience with them. Financial rep was just as excellent as the sales staff and worked through the year end holidays to get the purchase done on time. Both reps (sales & loan) answered any & all questions I had, which were a lot with me being a 1st time home buyer. Construction supervision went on a detailed walkthrough of the house prior to closing & also could not have been friendly. Overall, highly recommend KB Homes.
