From day 1 Kb employees were very attentive with me, They were very helpful! Until today 2 months after moving in the are following up as promised with everything they told they would do! I had a great experience....

We have had the best experience with purchasing the home for the first time. Though it took a little while getting use to being patient and letting everyone take care of us, Greg and everyone involved with the process definitely made the experience less stressful and easy.

We are extremely happy with our new home. James was great and very helpful.

This being our first time having a home build it seems to me the materials used on the inside of the home should be of better quality for the price your spending on your home.

Great experience for first time homebuyers

We are very disappointed with our house we are still having people fixing discrepancies that should have been done before moving in. I am starting to see that my KB home was done very poorly and it is frustrating having to pay this much money and not have this house done correctly. I feel like

We have had one or two issues in the house since we moved in, which I guess is normal, the good thing though is that they were taken care of promptly, The construction staff ( Mr Eric & Randy ) have superceded our expectations in helping us and giving us useful tips since this is our first house and we were very nervous when we were moving in. I think KB is doing a very good job in After sales, they can improve in the sales department though.

Was impressed with the overall buying experience, being a first time buyer. And after moving in, the sales service is quick and timely when I have any questions or concerns.

Building a new home could be very stressful and time consuming but KB Home staff helps you all the steps of the way making the whole process easier and less painful.

Asked to resubmit my first review bc “doesn’t meet website guidelines “ ... laughable smh... Here’s a summary: Nice staff/responsiveness... 4 stars Value for price .... 3 stars Trustworthiness... 1 star.. lost trust from the very beginning to the end. A pure nightmare Quality... 1 star .. never moved into a new home that was presented new ... (sloppy, debts, splatters, wires etc)

Seriously consider KB Home and compare it to others before you purchase.

You get an ok house for a good price, but be very careful with the builder contractors they will leave a mess and to make them to clean after is very difficult, other than that you get a good place to live for an affordable cost.
