Process was well communicated every step of the way.

Kb homes always give information and great feed back for helpful tips. My advice is to always ask questions long the way they are so good at giving you good answers.

Good Home

Salesman: Started with Claudia ended with Jeff (great guy - I like Jeff) Loan Officer: Started with “forgot name” ended with Corey(I liked him) Project manager: Started with John, ended with Chris. (Not going to say anything bad but I don’t have anything good to say about either) Customer Service Rep: Started with Eric and now have Damon ( Damon is definitely helping with the issues) With all the switching, I felt like that was a red flag alone.... Honestly I haven’t been happy. This was my first purchased home and I’ve had quite a few issues. Yes, understand mistakes happen but does this company have a in house inspector or is it the “project managers” job to catch the workers mistakes... Just a few things I’ve dealt with in my “brand new home”..... Some of the bedroom doors don’t lock - need to tell Damon. Carpet issues - repaired! Fence detached - notified Damon Dented garage - replaced and painted. Damon is working on that. Back door isnt flush, can’t lock the top lock on the back door - need to tell Damon Overall: We love our home and the location, ready to get these issues resolved and I’ll happy. ... More

Good costumer service while building process

craftsmanship could of definitely be better, unfortunately we did not notice the issues until we were all moved in, AC broke down within the first weeks of closing and it took 1 week to repair!, siding that had to be replaced outside still not painted and it has been over 2 weeks already!!. Definitely makes us reconsider our choice of builder...

Staff are wonderful floor plans are awesome I don’t like the fact that every thing you have pay extra for a door knob a porch light etc. but other than that I am enjoying my new space

Home is in good condition, there are details in the house that could have used some extra attention.

KB delivered what was promised. I started the process with Brandon and I could not have had a better person to work with. Glenita at the Design Center helped me achieve the look of my home. Adam walked me through the construction and was always and still there to answer any questions I may have. Lindsey was excellent with helping me get the closing date I wanted and helped with questions. Kyle has become my go to person and he responds immediately. Thanks KB as we continue through this journey together.
