Most of the process was okay and we are in love with our home, however because we are first-time buyers we had no idea what all of the important questions were or what information we needed to provide. Unfortunately KB wasn't on top of this either and we had to constantly scramble to provide them information last minute or to ask them questions about VERY important time sensitive stuff. If you know that a couple is a first time buyer, stay on top of them and make sure they understand deadlines, small details, and etc.

Provides timely feedback, helpful hints, and unbeatable customer service. They made the building and buying process easy and swift.

Do a daily drive-by or when possible to check on the progressiveness of the home construction.

My seller was awesome and attentive. Great to work with Amanda Hall. Not sure what his title is but Steve did my final walkthrough and was nice and respectful. However, I felt rushed to sign off. I signed off as complete even though there were several items that still needed some minor attention. He said the guys were coming that day so it was fine to go ahead and sign. When I moved in there was still blue tape in lots of spots. Looked like nothing I asked for was done. Also, the keys given to me on move in day didn’t work so it was disappointing to think I was walking into my new home but couldn’t. I will say Steve fixed the problem within the hour of calling. ... Excellent experience

Everyone is kind and very helpful. If there are any issues, they do come and fix them (just sometimes it may take them a while to come fix it). KB Homes are very beautiful and nice. I love my new home. Thank you KB Homes.

Everything with them was easy

From the sales team, design center team and construction team - all performed exceptionally. They set realistic expectations and met them. They communicated consistently and were responsive when I reached out to them. The end result was exactly what we asked for and had envisioned.

This was my first KB Home. I was a little skeptical at first but the Sales team and Construction team at KB Homes made me think otherwise. From start to finish the buying process was very streamlined and the construction supervisor provided timely updates. Alma at the Sales Center was wonderful and top of her work. She facilitated the buying process and made it seamless. The Quality of construction is great. There were minor issues but were fixed before handover. A+++

Great experience with Kathy! Very sweet woman. It’s always a great start to see someone like her first cause her smile and friendliness made it a great first time experience. Blaine the kB home builder manager was responsive, we had a few issues and he corrected it instant upon our request. Thanks KB
