Our KB team was terrific! From our sales rep, Lisa, to Jason our financing guru, and Steve and his crew of subs, we had a responsive, knowledgable and professional team. We're very happy with our home and the quality of construction.

We could have been provided a lot more detail about the buying process and what actions were expected of us and your company. In the end, it all worked out for the better and we're very happy about our purchase. As with anything, there were serious glitches throughout the buying procedure and final purchase. Some of those glitches caused extra expenditures by us and delayed closing, considerably. We weren't happy when that happened and, at some times, wished we could cancel the purchase completely. But, we didn't do that and we completed the process and feel it was the right thing to do.

Not very happy with KB Home, and their loan officers and management. Loan officers never properly communicated with us. In the end we had to find a different lender. After the closing when we entered the house, there were things needed to be fixed. Here we are trying to get settled in the new home we were still calling the contractor to get the stuff fixed inside the home.

All departments were responsive to my questions and concerns. Love the finished product

Chris and Paul have been great with everything and anything I needed for the house. Any questions or concerns or minimal things I notice after moving in we’re addressed almost immediately. Being in the same industry but working for a different builder I can honestly say that this is the best experience I’ve ever had.

The design choices available are awesome. The whole process from start to finish was well thought out. The KB team delivered, especially Marvin and Jeff. I love this house.

Withholding of information regarding the homes status and buying process was blatant . Materials in the home are not sturdy and already breaking. Cant withhold weight.

Overall we had to jump through hurdles to get the home. It has been almost two months and we still have not had all the things fixed in our house after living here for almost two months. According to the city, they have not paid their fees and finished the paperwork so we still do not have our certificate of occupancy meaning we can’t get trash cans, and I can’t put utilities in my name. Craftsmanship in the overall build is subpar. I regret not going with another builder and lender. I fell for the low interest rates which at 6.5% still isn’t that great. We love our new KB home. It is a very high quality built home. KB took the stress out of our home buying experience. They were very honest and transparent throughout the build. Our Construction Mgr. Mario is very quick to respond to all of our concerns. The KB team was very friendly and we highly recommend KB homes.

My team from the start, with my sales associate, then my building contractor made my choices and decisions run smoothly. At the end my loan processor Arturo, made it happen for me, never gave up on me, and my circumstances, for that, I am grateful! And I love my new home!

My family bought our house sight unseen as we were moving to San Antonio and wanted a house upon arrival. We knew we wanted to go with KB but didn't have time to build custom so had to wait for one to become available. It was a race to lock one down and we finally got one. The location isn't great and the house is actually better than it looked in videos. However, there were a lot of issues found during our inspection we ordered and there were some that they didn't remediate until I sent the inspector back again. Upon arriving to the home, I found more issues with poor attention to detail and damages in the home. I have just moved in so I'm planning to contact them to fix damages. Also during the buying experience I was extremely pressure to close very fast and this was my first time buying a home so it was very unpleasant. All the stress and pressure just for them to push the closing date back a month. Overall I'm happy with the home but I cannot speak on durability as I just moved in.
