Had a great experience with KB Home. Had one issue after closing. Had a water leak from AC condensate drain that was not hooked up. Soaked one bedroom carpet and pad. At first was told that fans are blowing on carpet and pad to dry it out. Protested that there could be mold with this method. Then KB Home did replace with new pad and carpet. Resolved satisfactorily!!

The KB Home buying experience was great. From beginning to start. There were a couple of issues in the building stage but the construction team were able to address my concerns and fixed any issues i had in a timely manner.

We are very grateful to KB homes for making the home buying process smooth and for delivering on all of their promises!

Our New Homes Sales Counselor Genesis was always responsive, had a positive attitude, and was patient with all our questions, as well as super knowledgable. Likewise, our Project Manager Garrett took time for any questions or concerns at each stage of the building process, as well as after we moved in. Mortgage Loan Originator, Meghan, was also responsive and flexible, and although we ultimately did not utilize the loan through KB we appreciated her willingness to consult when we were experiencing issues at closing with the other lenders lack of timeliness in document preparation. Gary was great at help ng lead the contractors to do a better job. The end results was a better home.

Westley was knowledgeable, prompt, helpful and kind. Financial part was stressful but now it’s done and glad it’s over. The house overall is great. Love the layout and neighborhood. We are about 2 months into living in the house and still haven’t had some issues addressed that we’re acknowledged in walk through. Hoping to get them taken care of soon.

From beginning to end the experience was awesome. Everyone was responsive and timely. The process was long but easy. I would definitely recommend kb.

Rey sold us a home plan and lot to fit our needs and budget. Then Cole stepped in as the construction site manager and made it all happen. Both men were responsive to all messages and questions. Always had a good answer and educated us on the building process.

Would've given a full 5 stars but when it came to the materials we had a major issue with the paint. We were only offered 3 shades of white and told the other hundreds of color choices weren't available due to supplier issues. We even offered to purchase the paint on our own and supply it to their crew and was told that wasn't allowed. In the end my wife and I ended up having to purchase and paint our entire house interior ourselves. Through all the back and forth over the shades of white we were offered, there was no offer of compensation for not being able to fulfill the choices of color options stated on their website, nor was there any pricing reduction. The KB home studio in San Antonio was the most exciting process of building my home, I got to customize my home which sets KB home home builders apart from other builders building in their price range

The overall experience was wonderful.

We were able to move in due to the prompt response of Jacob to fix most of the things that were wrong. Still issues as of right now but we are living on the house.

Process was quick and overall please with the home construction. Just be weary if a new home build starts next to yours... Workers are not tidy and having alot of people around all the time that you have to pickup after... Plus regular porta potty s that get used frequently next to your home. Probably would have chosen a more developed area for next time.
