The KB Home Team we worked with is simply the best!!!!

Our New Homes Sales Counselor Genesis was always responsive, had a positive attitude, and was patient with all our questions, as well as super knowledgable. Likewise, our Project Manager Garrett took time for any questions or concerns at each stage of the building process, as well as after we moved in. Mortgage Loan Originator, Meghan, was also responsive and flexible, and although we ultimately did not utilize the loan through KB we appreciated her willingness to consult when we were experiencing issues at closing with the other lenders lack of timeliness in document preparation. From beginning to end the experience was awesome. Everyone was responsive and timely. The process was long but easy. I would definitely recommend kb.

Great experience specially the builder Cole Jacaman very truthworthy person always available to provide information needed and assist.

Darrell and Dalton has been great help and made the process easy.

Rey sold us a home plan and lot to fit our needs and budget. Then Cole stepped in as the construction site manager and made it all happen. Both men were responsive to all messages and questions. Always had a good answer and educated us on the building process.

Would've given a full 5 stars but when it came to the materials we had a major issue with the paint. We were only offered 3 shades of white and told the other hundreds of color choices weren't available due to supplier issues. We even offered to purchase the paint on our own and supply it to their crew and was told that wasn't allowed. In the end my wife and I ended up having to purchase and paint our entire house interior ourselves. Through all the back and forth over the shades of white we were offered, there was no offer of compensation for not being able to fulfill the choices of color options stated on their website, nor was there any pricing reduction. We saw the houses, we started the process and we were closing within 6 weeks. It was a speedy process and the team was very responsive.

Process was quick and overall please with the home construction. Just be weary if a new home build starts next to yours... Workers are not tidy and having alot of people around all the time that you have to pickup after... Plus regular porta potty s that get used frequently next to your home. Probably would have chosen a more developed area for next time.

Very much impressed with the experience I had with KBHome. Really stepped up their game. The things that came standard with the house is upgrades with other builders. Their timing on the house build was precise and the management, sales and project managers were always on hand for questions and updates. Highly recommend KBHome!

We are happy to be in our new home. The construction manager has done a great job in responding to our requests with any issues. Although I believe quality materials are used, the work done by laborers is rather sloppy. There seems to be a lack of pride in what is done. We continue to have issues with back yard irrigation and currently we are unable to use our yard, but I am confident that KB will honor their commitments. The repairs are often delayed when having to request from an external company. Overall we are happy with our new home. Thank you KB.

It was an amazing journey especially being our first home.

I had a very positive experience with KB Homes. Scott and Josh were outstanding as my sales consultants. Scott was always very responsive in listening to my concerns and resolving any issues I had. Josh provided great updates on the construction and status of my house with great videos and pictures. Cole my project manager (with the construction) was just amazingly in responding to all my questions from the beginning of the process to the end. He still continues to be a valuable resource and helps me with anything I need from painting touch ups, replacing a broken drawers, etc. I also want to thank Debra with KB studios. My upgrades are perfect and came out better than expected. Thanks to her extraordinary patience and advice I was able to make all the right selections for the interior/exterior design of my house. ... More

We would like to share with new home buyers if they are interested in purchasing KB Home that they should be very engage and ask lots of questions in regards to the deal of what they are getting in their house, purchase price, upgrades, certain amenities they really do not need in their house and etc.

KB homes did make it possible for my family to get a home. Good team members, excellent customer service. We recommend my friends to KB homes.

First of all I send kudos to Frankie and Lionel, my loan mortgage team. Amid the rising internet rates I was still able to lock in a 15 year mortgage below the average rate available at closing time. Tommy, the Willow View construction manager, was fantastic! He responded very quickly to any move-in issues. They are an awesome team!

Although there was a few hiccups during the build it’s been a great experience and I am happy with my home purchase

KB Homes like any other builder is not perfect, so I'd always recommend hiring a 3rd party inspector pre-drywall and for closing. That being said, as long as you stay on top of items with the Construction team, you should have no problems and will be happy you chose KB.

Pay very close attention to what upgrades you get with reguard to making sure they are put down on paper exactly as you want them. The studio has a habit of messing things up.
