It was our first time buying a home and KBH made our experience be an amazing experience. After looking at other home builders we knew that KBH was the one to go with and so far it was the right decision.

After living in a KB Home for 25 years we made the decision to move based on health issues. We wanted to build another new home. After looking at a number of other builders and communities we returned to KB because of value, quality, and location. KB builds solid, comfortable, affordable homes often for first time buyers. We expect to remain in this home for the rest of our lives. KB offers a wide range of upgrades and their design center is staffed to guide buyers through the many choices available. I asked multitude of times throught the building process for a few key items to be fixed and promissed repeatedly that things would eventually be taken care of. NOTHING was corrected even after close.

The buying exerience with KB has been exceptional and we know that will turn into the same thing with owning and living in our home. We'd recommend KB Homes to anyone!

I was given a couple of closing dates. May be a lack of communication

All and all a very good experience building a KB home. The only disappointment was if you finance through KB, they do not offer a bi-monthly payment feature.

Everyone involved in the process was very helpful

Great home we have been in for over a month. Everyone has been great. Mike did a great job meeting all our needs. He is over stressed with all the houses being built, but still found time to help us. Including helping me unload cargo from my truck.

The process was fast and seamless from start to finish. Warren was and is very helpful from the begining and to this day. As far as the home quality, there are minor things that could have been thought out better. Some of the caulking seems a little excessive and the master bath water closet is pretty cramped. Over all we are pleased though.

The whole way through it felt like they were really taking care of our needs. We were being updated on everything and anything about the house. Good experience.

Very happy with my new home. After moving in we have found minor details and same were noted by our Engineer, Joey and all were taken care of promptly. Very happy with the attention given on matters.

The initial process with KB Loan Officers and builder was unprofessional; consistently lacking in communication. Neither the loan officers or builder were on the same page on status or updates. The overall construction was okay but responsiveness needs improvement.

Overall, very disappointed with our new home. Model homes look great, but the actual build on all the houses in our neighborhood are very poor quality. Cheap materials and even cheaper labor -- skill level of the contractors is abysmal. If you're looking for a quality home in the $325K+ range, look elsewhere.

The over all process of purchasing was good. Had some issues but they were resolved. Completed the house on a timely manner. We are happy with our house buying experience.

It's quiet a great experience on the process of home buying, Once you qualify financially, the building is amazing from start to finish and you can see it step by step within the timeline. The Engineer Supervisor updates us on a weekly basis as far as the progress of the construction. He is always on top of everything and very responsive to any issues that we may have. We are so impressed with the quality of workmanship and materials that the house is highly energy efficient.

Make sure you fix every detail before final walk

We had an outstanding experience, great customer service , quality materials, they made us feel like family. Highly recommend KB as a builder.
