A lot of little issues but construction manager is awesome at taking care of issues!

Great over all home for the price, from day one of the buying process the closing date the KB home team really took care of my family and our needs. We are forever loyal satisfied KB home buyers.

Underwriting ruined the whole experience because VANESSA never knew what she was doing and constantly requested duplicates or conflicting information.

KB Homes entire team from sales, to design, to construction were extremely helpful throughout the construction of our home. They were responsive and informed. We had no issues whatsoever. We love our home because of the choices we were afforded to make and the support of knowledgeable people to help us along the way. We would recommend a KB Home to anyone looking for a home.

My husband and I have been looking for a house for the better part of 2 years. We started building with another company and had a terrible experience. The quality of materials, the customer service, and the overall experience with that company from start to finish was a nightmare. We wound up backing out of that house. We were really nervous about building a home after that, but KB put all of our worries at ease. Buying a home is quite the process. KB did everything on their end to ensure I was satisfied. They assisted with the closing cost and along with HOA fees. I also had a town home I was renting at the time and they assisted with getting that lease settled. Them home has energy save appliances and after being here for a month and getting my first bills it makes a bit of a difference ! I’ve only been here a little over a month and the house was built already so I can’t comment on the building process but so far no issues. We love our new home! It was built with excellent craftsmanship and the few little issues we had were addressed quickly and efficiently.

Going into buying a home with KB, I was very excited. I was not ready for the inconsistencies with the project manager as well as him not meeting our expectations. There are still issues that need to be resolved and we have been in the house for almost 2 months.

I was very pleased with the excellent customer service and the quality craftsmanship of our new home. The entire process was smooth and by far the best home buying experience our family has ever had!

Our sales Rep Warren was amazing. He kept us in the loop the whole process. He gets a 5 star. The lending/processor/underwriter were terrible. Lacked communication, follow up, made promises and commitments that were never kept. Do not use KBHS.

The experience with the builders and sales team are excellent

So far it's been an awesome experience, sales Rep Yovani did an exceptional job answering questions, showing the house, very professional and patient. Scott the Construction Mgr has answered all our questions and respond to all the issues we've had with the house on time and as professional possible. Them 2 have made every step as smooth as possible.

The UX was awesome meet some very nice people during the process. It all started with the Sales Counselors. The loan personnel is up to bat next and they are top notch. My experience with the showroom was unforgettable. The construction Superintendent help walk me through the building process. And lat but not least the loan office on the day I closed.. great all around experience. Thanks KBHe Team.

Keep double triple check on the items that you requested to have repaired or fixed. Follow up is not good
