The house was built way before we expected.

We bought our home virtually from NYC. The representatives from KB supported us through the process better than we could have imagined. Our sales manager, Andy is fantastic! He kept us abreast from beginning to end. Marissa from the Design Studio was so patient with our virtual meeting. Hector and Wilfred our Construction Managers were very responsive. Hector replies to all our calls. We cannot say enough about Ashley from the Warranty Office. She has responded to our punch list of open items post closing (which were not many) and by this week the majority of them should be closed. She follows up in a timely manner and also intercedes on our behalf with the repair people. We are happy with our beautiful home. ... More

Their care and outstanding customer service to ensured that we were taken care of throughout the entire process including post move in. This is truly outstanding and so refreshing in the current times where customer service seems to often be a lost art. KB has outstanding employees and builds an outstanding product!

Mike and Tracy were very professional and helpful. everytime I call them they made sure that I am getting the right answer and taking care of. Thumbs up to the whole team!

Joe and Josh were very helpful along the way. Always there whenever a question came up and after closing josh has followed up to make sure everything has been ok.

My experience with KB Home has been excellent from start to finish. Katrina in sales was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Brad from the lending team was always quick to respond and helped me understand every step clearly. During construction, Jose did a fantastic job keeping me updated and making sure everything was done right. When I moved in, Donald from customer service was friendly and on top of every detail. Kyle was fantastic and saved the whole experience for us. He sent us photos to update us on progress while they were building, had us come by and walk the property at certain stages and explain what is happening. Very friendly, responds by phone, email, and text and helped us resolve a mistake that was made by an outside vendor that we used to for some options. He went back and had it corrected in a couple of days at not cost to us. Walked us through the whole process and brought Greg(Warranty Manager) over to meet us so he could help with post close questions. Greg was also amazing, handling all issues that came up after moving in. We had a couple of issues after we moved in that we not his or Kyle's or KB's fault at all. We had some appliance issues and they actually went above and beyond what they were required to do to make it right. ... More
