Great communication from team. Even though we had delays outside of our control and KB's we understood the reasons and liked that they were upfront about it.

Hector, Kerlyn, Susie and the entire ***** has been super friendly and helpful. They are very responsive, answered all our questions and helped make our house into a home. From start to finish, we felt like we were getting the best workmanship. 10/10

Ask for things to be done they don't get done. They make mistakes that mean you pay more

Lender chose our rate for us- works for KB, house has So many issues, flooring is severly uneven, wallas are crooked, cheapest fixtures in bathrooms that make no sense- what a joke! They do not communicate. Do not buy- run away- run far away!

Just want the builder to hire better quality construction crew instead of the lowest bidder to increase profit and focus more on quality over quantity

Closing was very stressful. I can get into so many details of this escrow but in the end it was stressful. Now dealing with issues around the home.

When someone is buying their first home and spending $650,000+, the standard should be high. Builders need to aim for perfection, not "good enough." My house felt alright — rough around the edges but acceptable. That mindset has to change. The quality needs to be better. At this price point, that is not okay. High standards should be the starting point, not something extra.

Evident department do not communicate with multiple revision documents needed to be sign.
