The buying process was a very enjoyable experience . The instructions were well organized and easy to understand. I would definitely recommend Lennar to other interested buyers.

Nice spacious rooms, quality customer service from all. Exterior and Interior great construction.

From start to finish with Lennar was good. Mark and Colton were both very profesional.

We had to fight way too long and hard to get things done right. Once we did get it done we were happy.

Attention to detail related to drywall, concrete and quality work control.

Subpar quality standards and lack of proper inspection protocols leading to inconvenience for the new home buyers. Would not recommend or buy another Lennar property in the future.

Bryan - Sales and Doug - Construction Manager were always responsive to issues and addressed them promptly. Overall it was a smooth build process and a quality home was delivered.

As a 1st time home buyer I thought I couldn't afford a brand new house, but look at me now! They made my dreams come true!

The move-in expierence was seamless. The review uncovered some issues that were soon taken care of. As we began living in our new home and discovering other issues that needed attention, I only had to put them on the portal and Ken promptly reponded. The area is safe, comfortable and quiet(except for the trucks moving dirt and heavy equipment)

A good overall value and a straightforward home buying experience

Tucker is a great guy to buy through and Steve is fantastic to work with after the buy. Overall I am very happy with the entire process. We even used their financing and home insurance.

I bought my first home with Lennar. The whole process took about 2 weeks from start to finish. The reps I worked with were kind and easy to work with. I didn't feel rushed, just supported. I had a couple issues after closing and with their 12 month warranty, easily got them taken care of. Super satisfied and would recommend!

I guess were I'm much older than some home buyers & I come from the Appalachians were people stake their name & reputation on the quality of their work in construction & the trades. It seems as if these "Cookie cutter" houses are so quickly constructed to turn profits and not quality. If I had know what i know now thus far, I'd never bought this home.

We felt the communication between the different departments was poor.

Too many people involved leading to poor communication and confusion. Home not ready for inspection. Dishwasher wasn't installed. I had to pay the inspector to come out four times to come out and make sure the HVAC was repaired.

3rd lennar purchase first two homes very happy. This last purchase not pleased from start to finish. Poor rushed construction. Issues with plumbing appliances and already lost 15k in price drop after signing. Seems they just want to sell fast and dont care about issues. Im already recommending others not to purchase lennar. Quality has gone down from the building to the sales and construction folks.

MY sales person Lisa acted weird and unfriendly after the sale. She said and asked "what's up"? when I went to see her for help. The mortgage Dept made things very difficult, complicated and very nerve wrecking. They ran my credit report 3 times, thus causing my ***** score to plummet drastically by 35 points. Why?? The Builder, Gary is a good guy. He has empathy, very courteous, helpful and understanding.

After the closing I had to follow up numerous times to complete the punch list. Very poor response. I have bought from other builders and this was the worst experience.

I wanna write this review in regards to my home buying experience with Jake. I just feel like. He was very unresponsive. He wasn't to appease or appealed by me buying the home. When I came to get my keys he had my keys in a duffel bag and told me that there was a cutting board in there. He did not have a welcome sign. Nothing welcome home. Nothing my home looked like I was a renter moving into a tenant home that I was renting he did not offer to come down there to take pictures. Nothing I just believe that Jake is the wrong person to have selling homes and maybe it's because I was a minority, but that is a big feeling that I felt my first person which was Rose was amazing. You guys really need to rethink keeping people like Jake around for your home by experiences. ... More

We had an excellent homebuying experience with Lennar at ***** in Lehigh Acres, Florida. We are very pleased with the quality, design, and materials of our new home and appreciate the attention to detail. We felt confident in our decision to purchase with Lennar and appreciated the communication, information, and assistance provided throughout the process. We are excited about our new home and look forward to making wonderful memories as we begin this new chapter in our lives.

From start to finish and even after close, the experience has been great. Daniel *****, Steven ***** and Wayne our construction manager, were all great. We loved the Lennar Tracker app and how everything was digital and at the tip of your fingers.

All the people involved with the process are highly knowledgeable and and guided me with kids gloves.

Both buying the house and once I moved in, everyone at Lennar is so helpful. Any issue is taken care of immediately. Quality of the house is average, as far as hardware, carpeting (poor), bright white paint (I've already changed that), garage unfinished. Appreciate backyard was landscaped (and front yard—we are told don't touch/change anything). Clubhouse, pool, open areas (lots of green space) are beautiful. Love the walking trails, paved even. For the price it was a great buy to be living in this beautiful community.

Nate was exceptional. His follow up/through was appropriately persistent, highly professional and always helpful. Look forward to spending time there this *****! The quality knock was there were some issues that were not fixed after the first inspection which required me to buy a second inspection. Eventually they were taken care of with one in the balance that may have been fixed.
