The moment we decided to purchase our hone, everything from writing the contract to the day we closed went smoothly. After the purchased a couple of people stopped by to check and make everything was OK. Would work with Lennar again

Josh was great, home is awesome and well built. Extra finishes like full ext irrigation through rain bird and fully energy efficient home/ insulated poured concrete crawl space all pushed me to buy this over other houses I looked at.

From day one when I inquired about a new build and saw Lennar building in my area, I was impressed immensely by the level of customer service Lennar holds here in Colorado Springs - Percheron. Our rep was amazing to work with from going under contract with a contingency offer, to getting into the home with online closing, and new home celebration. Their attention to detail and customer service has truly been so wonderful as a first time new build owner. They were considerate of our own independent inspection before closing and that process was great. The neighborhood is wonderful and my family is very grateful for having this experience.
