Did not mention or reference their competition . They have a national exposure and a reputation

There were a few items noted in my independent home inspector’s report. Those issues were quickly addressed. My Lennar representative Paul ***** was very helpful, professional and courteous. The staff who conducted my initial and final walkthrough were very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. My Lennar Mortgage Company representative was very helpful, efficient and courteous as well.

From start to finish, we felt our whole experience has been the best we've ever experienced with a new build. Highly recommend Lennar!

We purchased a townhome from Lennar. We're very pleased with the quality of the construction, the professionalism of every staff person we have come in contact with, and their attentiveness to ensure that everything and every detail is covered and we're pleased. Their communication is pure excellence.

Everything fell into perfect place when we decided to purchase our home at *****. Our home is well-built and our neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The pool and the short distance to the beach, and other attractions and restaurants is phenomenal!

We've had a really positive experience with Lennar from the homebuying process through moving into our new home. Buying a new construction home can be overwhelming, but the Lennar team made the process straightforward and kept us informed along the way. We've been very happy with our home and the overall quality. What has stood out even more, though, is the support after closing. The team has been responsive when we've had questions or needed something addressed, and we've felt like they genuinely care about making sure we're happy with our home rather than simply moving on once the sale was complete. There are always little things that come up when settling into a brand-new home, but our experience with Lennar has been that they're willing to listen, respond, and work to make things right. This a great home for beginners, has several small details easy to fix on your own, the grass and trees have not warranty they just throw it in there and they don care of its condition so be aware of that, other than that it's a great home

Given that Lennar is a Production builder, not Custom or even *****, you expect lower-end builder grade materials, but maybe not so much the lower quality workmanship that seems to have come with it. The front door had gaps in the weatherstripping large enough to allow sunlight through on top and bottom; also apparently large enough to allow numerous spiders and bugs to enter. Interior doors fit so poorly/loosely that light on one side may be seen all around the door jamb when the room is dark enough. Door knobs throughout are loose and coming unscrewed after just one month. The garage door is the loudest I've ever heard, even after having it serviced by their own garage door contractor, who couldn't figure out why or how to fix it. It is also mounted so loosely that sunlight and heat enter the garage space all day, and likely all sorts of critters too. Interior walls are painted so thinly that a mere rub will mark it or take the paint off right away. To their credit, when we have submitted warranty issues, the builder has sent technicians out right away - even if they were unable to fix the issue (but still closed the work order...). We struggled with opening some of the larger drawers and doors until we purchased and installed our own choice of drawer/door pulls. The kitchen appliances are among the most basic, and will soon be upgraded. We do love the open floor plan! On the up-side, it leaves plenty of room for our own personal choice of upgrades to make it OUR home! ... More

Make sure sales staff does a better follow up w/their customers and be a little more accessible. I have purchased several homes in the past and the sales staff were much more thorough. There wasn't really any follow up after I closed on my home except a congratulations text from sales. My keys were temporarily missing, no pool fob, and the only person that seemed to treat me with a sense of urgency is Eric ***** who is awesome and should get a raise. These are not small purchases and buyers should feel excited about their big decision to buy with Lennar vs ALL of the other builders available in the same area. Word of mouth is the marketing magic in any industry and should be taken seriously because we all know it's a make or break for a lot of folks. We would like to share some feedback regarding our experience with the home-buying and construction process. We hope your company uses our feedback in improving the experience for future homeowners. Communication and Closing Process In the weeks leading up to closing, there were several instances when our salesperson was unavailable or out of the office, which left us uncertain about whom we should contact regarding questions and follow-ups. We understand that team members have scheduled days off and other responsibilities; however, having a clearly identified point of contact or backup representative would have made the process much smoother and less stressful. Additionally, on the day of closing, we were still asked to complete and sign additional documents that we had expected would have been prepared and provided to us days in advance. Having these items addressed earlier would have given us more time to review them and would have made the closing process more organized and reassuring. Parking The community has no street parking, and we were informed that there would be ample guest parking available. However, just a few weeks ago, some guest parking spaces were assigned to residences with one-car garages, further reducing the limited parking available to guests. What is particularly concerning is that the community is not yet fully occupied. As more homes are completed and residents move in, the parking situation will only become worse. If guest parking is already being reduced before the community is full, it raises serious concerns about whether there will be adequate parking for residents and their guests in the future. We ask that management provide a clear plan for addressing the community's parking needs as occupancy increases. Construction and Finishing Details We also noticed an issue with the placement and installation of some of the cabinets and the refrigerator. When the doors are opened, they come into contact with the surrounding walls. In order to prevent potential damage, we have had to add bumpers. While these help address the issue, they are noticeable and detract somewhat from the overall appearance. We would appreciate having these areas reviewed to determine whether there may be a more integrated solution that would allow the doors to open properly without contacting the walls while maintaining the intended appearance and finish. We understand that building a home involves many moving parts, and we recognize that minor issues can arise during the process. Our intention in providing this feedback is not simply to point out problems, but to share areas where improved communication, preparation, and attention to finishing details could make the experience more positive for future homeowners. We chose Lennar because we trust customer experience and improvement are genuinely priorities. I believe the better approach is to reach out and actually talk to the customer. A survey can identify issues, but a conversation can explain why and, more importantly, how the process can be improved. I am more than happy to speak directly with Lennar about our experience and identify the specific points and phases where communication broke down. Loan officer doesn't communicate well with the buyer on the progress of the loan and for the sale person in the Lennar side he doesn't check or follow on the buyer if there's something we need

The customer service was the most unprofessional experience I've encountered in all my years of buying homes. The staff clearly needs customer service training. When people are spending $800,000 on a home, they should be treated with far more respect and professionalism.

We recently purchased a new home from Lennar in *****, and the entire experience has been deeply frustrating due to a malfunctioning *****. From day one, our home was a struggle to keep cool. The air conditioner ran constantly, driving up our electricity bill while failing to lower the indoor temperature efficiently. After dealing with an uncomfortably hot house, we had to do our own due diligence and bring in the ***** contractor that installed these bad units. The first technician was incompetent so I called again and requested for them to send me their best technician. Fortunately, after about 4 hours of troubleshooting, he found the problem which was a ***** temperature modulator deep inside the condenser unit. The issue was that the condenser was not regulating and releasing the proper freon into the air ducts. Literally, there was a 10-12 degree difference of cool air inside the condenser unit. Unfortunately, it was a special order part so we had to wait another week! Nonetheless the part came in and the technician after an 8 hour job fixed it. In addition, Lennar installed a completely malfunctioning and inefficient 2-ton air conditioner that is drastically undersized for the home. I want to point out that the ENTIRE NEIGHBORHOOD OF HOMES HAVE THE SAME AIR CONDITIONING ISSUE! There have been numerous calls from us about the situation. If you are looking to buy a home from Lennar in *****, demand an independent HVAC inspector. On the positive side the Lennar one year warranty is footing the bill for their mistake. ... More

Looking things over, I can tell when I went through with blue tape for things to be corrected, a lot of things are shoddy workmanship. I know things won't be perfect, but the cosmetics compared to my previous home is not up to par. I've been here less than two months and there is mold growing on the walls in a bedroom. I've never came into contact with mold and my previous home was 80 years old. I submitted a service request on the portal and scheduled a virtual appointment. No one ever reached out at the time of appointment. I called customer care and they said they would escalate the issue and I may or may not get a call back today and that worries me. No confirmation email of the escalation of the appointment about the rep didn't show up to. I'm so worried that there is moisture behind the walls as to why this is happening. I heard about some issues through research about Lennar homes with mold, but chose to ignore it thinking it was a one off thing. I really hope they can rectify this issue. It's my first time buying a home and it seems like I'm off to a bad start and will have to start spending money less than 2 months of me being here. ... More

House doesn't look or feel brand new, the finish is the worst I've ever seen on a new house, baseboards are all scratched, covered in patches of adhesive and silicon and look constantly dirty. Walls are painted terribly and not completely finished. House never felt clean. I was told very little information on the home, given the face I'm from a different country I was expecting a much more thorough walk through. I wasn't even shown how to operate my air conditioning unit or how to change the filters etc. literally everything is basic and the bare minimum. If you have zero pride in your home, don't care about quality or clean finishes… buy from Lennar. I personally never would again. ... More

I don't need suggestions they promised us. Built in grill never got it didn't finish putting blinds where promised realtor was no help after she got our business she was from a different track of homes and begged us to use her instead of the realtor where we bought the home I wished we would of used the home realtor and not her she could never answer our questions so it was a bad experience all around

Sales person and concierge were nice. Rest of the team is hostile and dodgy on anything you point out, especially our construction manager Casey. Warranty tries to weasel out of covering anything you point out. Workmanship and material quality is low. Will try another builder in the future for sure. It's a home at least, and we were in a hurry to buy, but for $300K I would definitely look around if I were you.

Great exsperience

All the material is good but after you move in the house later sometimes the small seal are not fill properly next to the sliding door n the ants start coming n now dealing with ants issues.

Everyone wants a rating. Lennar is one of the Dow companies that deserves an excellent rating. They made my home buying experience easy. They took care of everything 100% and showed me where to sign. I expected a lot of difficulties and experienced NONE. Lennar is the very definition of excellence!

When we first started with interest Lennars team was very helpful, quick, and responsive. They pressured us with time, and then raised the price saying all prices were going up. After deposit was made, all of the other homes were priced lower. Post deposit, they were not very responsive or helpful. We like our home, but feel like we got taken advantage of.

My loan officer was not communicative at all and cost me 1000 of dollar. He made this experience very poor and not pleasant and I filed a formal complaint against him. I wish there was a way to get reimbursed for the 1000 he cost me smh
