The process in getting our Lennar Forever Home was Hopeful and Full of Faith! The team that my Son and I worked with were Absolutely Amazing! Their drive and diligent actions gave us a chance to own our first home! The quality is better than expected All the marketing team was helpful As a Canadian buylmg the first time in usa FL, some basic thing is different like water, i learn FGUA For a reason Lennar had cut the water but not the électricity, and because of health i had to delay my occupation more than a month after closing All the process, to buy, to close, to fix issue….everything was professionnal So far so good in the sushine state

Easy to work with and a seamless process.

Cody did a great job of preparing the property prior to the initial new home orientation and even better job of completing the minor items we found during the initial walk thru.

We had a great experience on both sales and construction sides so far. We are just under 2 months post closing. We might see issues later on but so far it has been a very pleasant experience
