Aida helped me and provided guidance every step of the way, including the process of obtaining my VA benefits. Whenever I have concerns or need clarifications, Aida was very patient and would take the effort to promptly provide me with answers and explanations. When I questioned an amount that I wasn’t expecting in the closing documents, Aida respected my concerns and she worked with her team to look into it, and in the end, they were able to correct the error. We had less than perfect credit 515 going into this and Lennar team was amazing guiding us through credit repair and all the hurdles that came up and there were many. In the 3 months it took for our home to be completed we ended with scores at 700+, all debts paid off and keys to our first home. Even with unexpected job layoff and both of us starting new jobs 2 weeks before closing. They worked tirelessly to help us get through to closing. I’d recommend Lennar hands down to anyone. They took our dream and made it a reality !

The whole buying process was smooth. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The whole team was fast on responding and tried hard to help the customers.

Alston and Damien made sure everything was working correctly on our new house and made repairs if needed.

The home is beautiful, I love the openness of the kitchen and family room in one area. The whole house is well put together

The main problem I had is with the mailing address being different from the physical address. Also it would be nice if the buyers were given the measurements of the furnace filters. Perhaps leave one set of filters with the home.
