It was an awesome experience!

Homebuying was easy and everyone was professionally helpful in making process stress free.

This was my first Lennar home buying experience. It was the fastest smooth closing I ever had. The team was efficient and worked very closely with me. They answered all my questions in a timely manner. I LOVED the utilization of all the technological advancements. Way to go Lennar! I would highly recommend Lennar for your home buying experience.

The whole buying process was smooth. The staffs were very helpful and friendly. The whole team was fast on responding and tried hard to help the customers.

Alston and Damien made sure everything was working correctly on our new house and made repairs if needed.

The home is beautiful, I love the openness of the kitchen and family room in one area. The whole house is well put together

The main problem I had is with the mailing address being different from the physical address. Also it would be nice if the buyers were given the measurements of the furnace filters. Perhaps leave one set of filters with the home.

The quality is better than expected All the marketing team was helpful As a Canadian buylmg the first time in usa FL, some basic thing is different like water, i learn FGUA For a reason Lennar had cut the water but not the électricity, and because of health i had to delay my occupation more than a month after closing All the process, to buy, to close, to fix issue….everything was professionnal So far so good in the sushine state
