We purchased a new build Lennar home. Blue tape session went smoothly and all issues were addressed. Had an independent inspection check the home. A couple of issues were found and Lennar fixed them. Final walk through went well as well as the closing. Since moving in, any issue that we have submitted for repair has been taken care of in a satisfactory and timely manner.

Great modern touch and quality of fixtures throughout

Overall we would absolutely buy another home from Lennar. The process is well oiled and very tight. Nothing was missed. We dealt with Wes, April, Jacob, and Hannah. All were very responsive and had answers to questions throughout the buying process. Thanks to all for your attention to detail and hard work.!

Love the house, easy purchase experience, everyone has been great! My only issue is the HOA took a full 30 days to approve construction of a fence, which was submitted to the exact specifications required.

We looked at Lennar with the intention of buying one of the houses, when the Lennar realtor couldn't make it happen (she was new); our realtor suggested the townhomes and we lucked out! The mortgage guy Wes and the title person Erin were great - patient and so helpful! The GC Ryan and the Justin the warranty guy have been trembdous! Quick to respond to our issues (which have been minimal) and so very very helpful. They don't blame anyone they just solve the issue! Our only wish was that the Lennar realtor had been able to get into a house across the street!

I couldn't have asked for a better home buying experience. The process was quick, it took 47 days from first contact with the builder to closing! Every person from the Internet Sales Consultant to the building manager were professional and thorough.

We had to sell our home in Florida before closing on our house here. Lennar was very supportive and patient throughout the process.

The things I don't like about this home are minor or things other people like. I HATE the master bath toilet in a closet. The second toilet is positioned next to the counter so you are pressed against the roll of paper. I also don't like single bowl sinks. Throughout the house there are wall outlets everywhere, great. And only two in the three car garage. Did Lennar run out of outlets?

Everyone was great. My realtor, my loan team, even the construction manager that stayed in the area to make sure everyone got their questions answered and concerns addressed. Absolutely wonderful to work with

My 1st home buying journey went smoothly and I can say that Lennar did everything as promised. My experience differs from the nightmare reviews that you might find on different social platforms. The build quality was acceptable and the purchase process was painless. Mind you, it's best yo have done your homework prior to purchasing a new build. Keep your expectations realistic. These homes are made quickly and there may be things that aren't perfect, however, during your walkthrough, you're given ample time to find faults and hve them addressed. The warranty is generous and the smart home features are a good quality of life upgrade. I have enjoyed working with Lennar staff and if my experience changes, I'll provide an update. Purchasing and moving in was like a breeze. People I dealt with were all very helpful throuout the process. After moving in, Joe Potter, the maintenance coordinator and Hunter, construction manager helped a lot with our first weeks of icebreaking with the house. Although there were things I wish had got more work before completion, overall the property has a good value I guess. I am sure I will say good of Lennar whenever asked.

We were able to purchase a quality home that met our needs because of the Lennar team. They listened and did everything within their means to provide us the opportunity to purchase a very nice home in the area we wanted live. From financing to upgrades it was an incredible experience. After the purchase, the personable Lennar team remained by our side to fix any emerging issues and to ensure everything met or is meeting our expectations!

This is quite place, good environment place with neighbor friendly. Just for lawn landscape, most of them grow very slow and died.

I told Shawn what I wanted and could comfortably afford and she showed me several with everything I wanted in a home. It wasn’t an awesome experience. She made it easy.

I love the house, however going through Lennar Mortgage was a nightmare! We sat at the closing five hours waiting on the paperwork. Again, we love the houses, but do not use the mortgage company.

The professionalism, responsiveness, and friendliness of the team made the home buying experience easy to management. Also, the quality and craftsmanship of the home demonstrates a well built structure which I adore.

There were some minor issues however they jumped on the issue and tried to resolve the issue and if it was not resolved they would come back consistently till it was resolved. The workmanship of the entire house was done very well and all the issues found with the blue tapes were all addressed. I would recommend these builders since they did an excellent job.

Home is great. Lending was fairly unresponsive unless we sent multiple messages.
