I cannot recommend Lennar Title. There were multiple mistakes that I’m glad we noticed and the entire stressful experience culminated with our keys being given to another homeowner. I had to drive his keys to him in order to trade. I’m an ex Realtor and I’ve honestly never seen so many serious mistakes. I can only assume they were understaffed.

The entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I had a very unique family situation going on and that created some challenges for me. The Lennar family helped me navigate through the home buying process with ease. I have shared with everyone I come across about my wonderful experience.

Blue taped items not fixed before move in. Plumbing full of gravel, caused dirty water to leak from toilet and submerge bathroom. Was initially given wrong keys and neighbor was given my keys. Garage was dented and refuse to fix Can hear neighbors talk through shared walls.

Nancy and Jim were very professional and helped each step of the way when i had questions or was unsure about something!

I was impressed with two things: 1. the inclusion of a keyless entry, and 2. the inclusion of the Ring doorbell. I was less than impressed with two things: 1. the home did not include window screens, and 2. the kitchen and bathroom cabinets did not come with hardware (doorknobs and drawer pulls). Very disappointed with Lennar over the latter two things.

Every person I have come in contact with through the entire proces has treated me with kindness, respect, knowledge, and professionalism.

Didn't qualify due to not meeting the FHA requirement. I asked Lennar to send my Earnest money back. It has been weeks and still waiting. Only thing I got was they sent me a document to sign that said Refund back to buyer: $0, without any explanation. I did not sign it and am still waiting for my earnest money. I am writing this review in hope that someone can make this right

The house is great, but a lot of ants were in the house on movie in. The prosperity lines seem off and the grass they planned is struggling to grow on one side. Construction on the other side has caused trash to blow over into my property and it’s still there

Lennar used a promotional interest rate of 4.75% to attract me to buying one of their homes, had i looked closer at the construction materials and methods I would have not purchased from them. It is a new construction spec house the fit and finish of the house is poor, the materials are contractor grade at best. Other than simple repairs, getting warrantee issues resolved is a challenge. I am still trying to resolve the grading issue in the back yard, every time it rains my patio accumulates about 1 inch of water. And the HOA is through Hughes properties, they are difficult at best to work with, and in our community where there are no public spaces, no pool no club house, they do not maintain anything, the homeowner is responsible for the sidewalks, construction litter, just to name a few. Baseboards were coming away from the wall in several places

From start to finish my experience was outstanding, my sales representative went up and beyond the call to keep me updated on the progress of my home, my building manager was so on point during my walk through he identified a few things that I over looked, everything was taken care of the express closing was spot on, it made closing day enjoyable for me. Thank you Lennar I love my home you all did an outstanding job making my path to homeownership possible and giving me a great experience AWESOME

Purchasing and moving in was like a breeze. People I dealt with were all very helpful throuout the process. After moving in, Joe Potter, the maintenance coordinator and Hunter, construction manager helped a lot with our first weeks of icebreaking with the house. Although there were things I wish had got more work before completion, overall the property has a good value I guess. I am sure I will say good of Lennar whenever asked.

The experience was horrible, our realtor Kem was not good. He did not do a good job. Lack of information and communication. Things were half done in our home. If we could go back we wouldn’t buy from lennar.

We were able to purchase a quality home that met our needs because of the Lennar team. They listened and did everything within their means to provide us the opportunity to purchase a very nice home in the area we wanted live. From financing to upgrades it was an incredible experience. After the purchase, the personable Lennar team remained by our side to fix any emerging issues and to ensure everything met or is meeting our expectations!

This is quite place, good environment place with neighbor friendly. Just for lawn landscape, most of them grow very slow and died.

The buying process was straightforward due to the experienced individuals providing the service. Great customer service.

The grass I rec’d was dead. Be sure you get healthy grass!

I would never buy a house from Lennar again! Lennar cut every corner possible to increase their profit. My townhome in the Estuaries in Huntsville is missing drywall in a closet, paint is peeling from the walls, and they didn't install crown molding or kitchen pendent lights to cut costs even though they used pictures with crown molding and lights in the advertisement. Multiple cabinets are broken by what looks like someone standing on the edge of the cabinet. My neighbor's shower had mortar or concrete poured down the drain by the builder and had to have his entire shower plumbing jackhammered to break up the concrete. Lennar provided exceptional service during walk through and made certain that every issue was taken care of. Even during the first month, as we had questions, Jackson quickly answered each one and helped us to make our transition into our new home a great success. As part of the HOA however, Lennar leaves a lot to be desired. We submitted a request almost 25 days ago and Lennar refuses to work on it or to answer questions. In their covenants, they state that if they do not address the issue in 30 days, then the request is deemed as disapproved. So I guess it is time to get an attorney to see if they can light a fire under Lennar's butt. ... More

Some incentives we were told we would get and did not. Lack of communication on the front end. The CM, warranty and closing team were great. Issues after closing were addressed in a timely manner.
