My wife & I visited a lot of 55+ communities between SC-NC-FL & GA. We focused only on Moving ready types of single family homes. The models by Lennar captured our heart as the floor plan matches everything we were looking for. The Master Bedroom, the 2 guess rooms, the open kitchen & living room space were perfect. The key room was the dining room as it was big enough to fit all we had from our home in NY. They used good quality materials and offer an excellent warranty package for both indoor & outdoor. First time purchasing a new build home and the experience was excellent.

Definitely made it as easy as possible to buy buy the home and complete all the required paperwork that was needed to close on the property

Although it was a rocky start communicating with the rotating sales staff, we are pleased with the experience and our new home. There have been a few issues after move in that were corrected quickly.

They went above and beyond to secure my trust and walked me thru the process from beginning to end

I didn't know anything about buying a home.. everyone i spoke to had a different experience family friends.. so I went in expecting the bad but I was wrong... From A-Z every one was friendly, respectful and nice I could hear it in there voice ,the email and the phone calls.. Every email,Every task they gave me explained, step by step and sample to understand.. If I had to do it all over again I would choose my loan officer my under writer and lennar builder... The quality is better than expected All the marketing team was helpful As a Canadian buylmg the first time in usa FL, some basic thing is different like water, i learn FGUA For a reason Lennar had cut the water but not the électricity, and because of health i had to delay my occupation more than a month after closing All the process, to buy, to close, to fix issue….everything was professionnal So far so good in the sushine state

Easy to work with and a seamless process.

Cody did a great job of preparing the property prior to the initial new home orientation and even better job of completing the minor items we found during the initial walk thru.

We had a great experience on both sales and construction sides so far. We are just under 2 months post closing. We might see issues later on but so far it has been a very pleasant experience
