The inside was rushed and you can tell a lot of skipped steps.

Overall a good experience.

Post-ownership service has been great. Pre-ownership service was non-existent, therefore the low rating. The fact that we received one plat map that had been revised, but we weren't given a copy of the revision for over a month was cause for a law suit, which we elected not to do. They moved the foundation 4 feet which caused us to have to knock down a wall and move the a/c unit to bring equipment into the back yard for a pool build (at our expense). When asked before framing was completed, if the gate and a/c unit could be moved to the now "short side", we were told no. When asked if we could pay to have the garage insulated at the time of insulation, we were told no. There was no customer support prior to us taking ownership. As to quality? I love my little condo. It’s nice that the upgrades are already included. They built it really fast, so I didn’t have to wait long. They have great customer service. I was treated very well throughout the process and after.

Would not recommend at all if you are a 1st time homeowner.

I have occupied this newly purchased home in Gold Canyon for four months and several repairs were requested upon the 30-day move-in customer care plan. The representative said the work will be done. NOTHING has been done, Lennar's contact personnel are non-existent and Lennar does not respond to our website's customer care requests. Once they took our money Lennar disappeared like a fart in the wind. Sorry we bought this Lennar house. There are better builders available.

Don’t expect service after they have your money. We closed 1st week of Feb 2021 still waiting for them to complete work orders for repair or correction of items in build. Less then half have been completed or started. Items like door cracked, bad refrigerator, drywall repair. painting are just a few things. This is mid June 2021. Great place to live great lot. Extremely stressful when you paid for something you did not get and promises broken. Our Construction Manager was good then got overwhelmed with other new builds. Not enough help to take care of homeowners who already paid!

Disappointed in the some of the workmanship and quality of finishes. For instance, drywall screws are easily exposed. Doors and cabinets are not as “solid” as I expected. Insulation is not good. Noises/ conversation can be heard when doors are closed even from across the home.

Waiting on work to be finish 6 months after closing

My Lennar experience was great! My loan officer Patty and Shirley helped me make my first time home buying experience wonderful! I got monthly updates and photos on how my new build was coming along & even through Covid we had a great experience! I love my new Lennar home! Definitely recommended Lennar!

Lennar made a quality home. Innovation designed (home in a home). Timely respond in case i call to fix the minor issue.

Well organized vision in planning development of community.

Tom is always helpful and tries to get things taken care of. We have had problems with our carpet they finally determined it was defective and had to replace all of our carpet. When they pulled back the pad workers had filled holes in cement with DIRT! The new carpet isn’t any better, our so called Luxury carpet is cheap. It’s takes over three minutes to get hot water in kitchen sink, it is such a waste of water. Our gated community is only gated after 6:00PM. We were told all construction traffic would be using Pat Tillman and they DO NOT. We are suppose to have trees behind our view fence, Five months later still no trees. Communication between sales people, contractors, and HOA need to get on the same page. Happy to say we love the area and have wonderful people that live in Encore. ... More

Make sure you know what you are getting into !!!!

As a Experienced Homeowner I was Very disappointed with the builder’s team. Outside Financing, if at Possible regardless of the “Builders Incentive”it’s not worth it you will pay in the end. With a large down payment I still have a (PMI)! After you have finalized the purchase of your New Home your concerns will be slow with Repairs & Warranties. Not Timely! The concept of a NextGEN home is awesome, But the Quality of the building materials are Inexpensive and Cheap, (Cabinets). Small bedrooms and garage. Upgrades are sold to you as a packaged. No flexibility or choice. Very limited. Home buying is one of the Largest Purchase It should come with Longevity, Satiability of workmanship, and Quality! ... More
