To sum it up, we are still waiting on our 30 day walk through issues to be rectified. It’s now been 7 months. Typical car salesman support. They sell you a house and then they are gone.

Very poor quality workmanship. Built 5 homes and this is by far the worst one. Exterior painting not finished, house was dirty, electrical boxes installed with drywall screws, live wires not capped off, cracked concrete garage floor and entryway not repaired, drywall mud on woodwork and painted over, water leaking in garage. I could go on but this should give you a good idea of what to expect.

We have constant issues with the laminate flooring. Tears all over the place under the weight of regular furniture. Please contact us to make this right.

Would change a few things, however, overall pretty good.

We've been in your house for 5 months now and reported repairs that need to be done in my opinion too long, we are still waiting to get our deadbolt locks fix they are supposed to be able to be controlled by an app we have to constantly contact whoever was in charge in getting it fixe, we needed one of our Walls by the side gate to be painted and it wasn't why did they not just painted it when they painted my next door neighbor's house I find that to be stupid to end my review things are going to get fix I just wish it would have been faster

Decent construction overall for the price. Instead of spending money on "smart home" items use dollars for better materials,better trim workers, 16" centers on studs instead of 24". Use a better company than Interior Logic for important work. I was shown a model home that mine was supposed to look like with separate master vanities,separate closets, but then when I moved in I had none of those. Worst trim carpenter work I have ever seen. Dirt and sand painted right over on base trim.

From the first contact with Stephanie at the sales office to the final walk though with Maurice the experience was excellent. I have built homes in the past and this was the best experience yet.

The team at Lennar is outstanding, will respond to a issue with no questions asked. I recommend Lennar team to be on your side.

First off and let me say that is review is just a summary of the problems. Lennar forgot to finished installing the proper parts for the heater so when my family and I decided to run the heat, it didn’t work The AC had to be fixed 3 times since moving in and I’ve only been in the house for 6 months. Tile crack The glaze on the tile in the shower is pealing. Their contractors that do work on the homes never show up on time or they decide to show up when ever they want. Carpet is already buckling Overall it’s been a bad experience in regards to workmanship. The only positive is Tom. He’s been good at getting our work orders out to the contractors.. ... More

Top shelf work from beginning to end. The Lennar Realty team was determined and made great effort in selling me and my wife on Lennar homes!!

I feel that a lot of things are overlooked. Simple things. The quality control of the different parts of the building process is far from good. I know good help is hard to find. There are things I believe you should change. The stainless sink in the kitchen are passé. There are many options besides stainless and porcelain. The tile work seems substandard. I like my house, but I think you need to get into current times.

My experience with my very first home build at Solana in Gilbert, AZ, was painless, thanks to the reps in the sales office, the mortgage company they recommended (Eagle), and Gerry and Todd on the construction side. Their patience with all of my questions, and then answering them in a way that made sense to me, lowered my stress levels during the home buying process. The finished product met my expectations - new, functional, charming, in a great location, sound quality - yet exceeded my expectations at the same time. Thank you, Lennar team, for all you do!

Good quality workmanship. The efficiency of the sound proofing and insulation was outstanding and I have much lower utility bills than expected.

Lennar does not provide a lot of customizing options but stands behind what they offer. They have been very responsive to the few minor issues we’ve encountered.

Countless items left to be fixed at a later time. Warranty work takes forever

Whether is workmanship, monetary value, trust or response to issues Lennar has been a five star for us. Throughout the buying phase and after moving in if issues come up, Lennar's response time is excellent. We are pretty satisfied customers.
