I looked at home. The price was 403K there was some fraud found on my credit report, so I had to take care of that took me about 2 to 3 weeks to take care of my credit report called my agent again and wanted to put an offer on the same house. Within that period of time same house was $10,000 more Lennar Holmes have no sympathy on people like me who had credit compromised and found out by accident

Unfortunately, our home buying experience has left much to be desired. From the beginning, we encountered persistent miscommunications with Steve, who frequently provided conflicting or unclear information to both us and our real estate agent. One such miscommunication resulted in a $3,000 for landscaping that was inaccurately described and ultimately proved completely insufficient for our needs. Construction, Customer Service, and Concierge

There have been some minor issues with home construction. But the Concierge, Construction, and 2 of 3 Customer Service individuals have gone the extra mile in being very flexible and helpful. The main customer service rep assigned to me has been excellent. There were also some issues with the loan process that caused unnecessary delays and misunderstandings. But other employees at Lennar Mortgage rectified the issues. Currently in the process of resolving some inconsistent information. Lennar Title was very professional, efficient and responsive. Overall, a good experience so far.

It’s been about 2 months since we moved in our new Lennar smart home in North Phoenix. So far everything seems to work out as we expected. No major problems but the usual minor new build issues. I’ve heard many bad reviews about Lennar in other locations but we’re lucky not to experience just yet. As usual, customer care is slick and untrustworthy so just make sure you know how to deal with them. Best!

Unfortunately our experience has not been a good one… delayed build, delayed closing, and lots of quality issues (crooked door and window frames, locks not working, gate won’t close, dry walled over fridge water lines and air vents, lots of debris and nails left in yard, permanent markings on patio cement, appliances blowing the bad seamen breakers, to common area over watering and flooding the yard). We are 2 months in and still having issues. It has been very disappointing.

Theresa our sales consultant was amazing through the whole process! Theresa was amazing to work with!!! However, our loan officer Ashley with Lennar Mortage made a MAJOR financial mistake that caused a huge financial burden on us. When we talked to Kristi about this in Theresa's absence since it was her day off she stated "well do you just want to cancel" instead of being sympathetic of the situation and try to rectify the issue. Thought we would give Lennar a second chance. Only good thing about it was our salesman Cody. We received the home on time but it was filthy. We complained on walk thru but nothing changed. We cleaned it ourselves. Workmanship is below par as well as quality of cabinets, appliances. Disappointing.

I bought my beautiful townhouse more than a month ago. Lennar team were very helpful through the buying process. I sure had a lot of documents to sign but after only 3 weeks and 2 days, the townhouse was mine. By the 15 day check, I found some minor workmanship deficiencies. Lennar representative Dan came over to review and eventually set appointments to correct them. Most of everything is completed and I am finally able to complete settling in. I really appreciate the supportive process from Lennar and would recommend their homes to any new buyers! Thank you!

Lennar offered great incentives, but were quick to try and deny our application. They made us jump hurdles, i.e. requested my wife to get a letter from management at current employer only to find out we couldn't use it and she was basically forced to get a job within 2 weeks in a new state.
