Rick our construction manager explained every future of the house so clearly and he was so helpful all the time and very professional.I have lived in the house for a month now and I am very happy with it

Beginning with the sales man I was put at ease with the process. Everything was straightforward no questions. The closing was wonderful. The construction manager Jim, was fantastic and still is. Dealing with the HOA has been very easy and always there for my questions.

My Lennar home is beautiful. The Lennar staff have all been extremely kind, helpful, and prompt with addressing our needs. We do have a little disappointment with some issues found by an inspector that we hired, especially with the HVAC system. However, Lennar seems to be eager to correct the issues with the home.

From the sales staff to the mortgage company to the walk through…it was just a great experience. This is my 5th new build and it has been the best so far.

i would like more ethernet plugs in the rooms some have none for items that react better than wifi connection also the back yards could have some attention rather than just dirt or at lease tamp and compact it add better quality appliances and thermostats ecobee or nest

Overall everything was great. Starting with looking at homes till the last ste moving in.

Don’t go thru Lennar Mortgage. They are terrible and never respond. Never answer phones. Never get back to you. Had to almost pull out of buying the home.

My issue was with the loan agent Preston. He did a terrible job and no one helped me to have him replaced. I didn't appreciate them seeping my concern under the rug. He was not a good representation of the Lennar homes I thought I would deal with,

I'm impressed with Lennar, this is my first Lennar purchase and I was impressed with how friendly and easy to do business everyone was during the entire process. From working with the agents on site, to underwriting and closing, they made the process as smooth as possible. The efficiency and promptness of everyone at every level, I am very impressed.

Lennar was great in helping get through the home buying process. We would work with them again.

The final walk through was chaotic as the superintendent rushed through many issues. We didn’t have ample time to inspect the major issues and only in out when moving it. But once the problems submitted they were handled in a timely manor.

There isn't enough space for me to list the issues with the home from day one.

Buying a Lennar NexGen home has been a very rewarding process. Working with the mortgage team was probably the best part of things. And the sales representative was always available for any questions or concerns. I would recommend a Lennar home and the supporting companies as well.

Everything was very upfront, no surprises. The homes are pretty basic, but you get what you pay for. So far after three months we are satisfied.

From start to finish, Lennar lied, exaggerated, and undelivered on everything. I’ve left negative reviews on every single platform and will continue to do so.

Overall, a good quality home. All the staff are great & very helpful. But the some of the materials used seem a bit cheap. The cabinets around the microwave are not good and done with multiple small pieces which visually isn’t appealing. The lights in the bathroom are not sufficient. Garage doors slam real hard. Some other minor stuff that can be improved.

Everyone was very nice and professional. Too many portals to log into and deal with between the builder, title, mortgage etc. Great floor plan but definitely some items we felt like they got cheap. For example a single hook instead of a towel bar…um most master baths have 2 people so no towel bar and only one hook is a fail. Disposal is poor quality. Terrible can lightning that casts shadows in all bathrooms meant we had to hire an electrician off the bat to install better lighting. Overall still happy with home.

I was warned that Lennar builds cheap homes. I should have listened. It all started on the intial pre-closing walk with our superintendent Luis where we gave him a punch list of items that needed to be addressed. Six days later (1 day before our closing and when we were to move out of our current home) I was called by Luis and told he couldn’t get the majority of things done but he promised we would have them addressed starting the week after we closed. So, we trusted him and on Thursday, October 17 we closed and got our keys. That is the day we started noticing there was more than a punch list not completed. Take away: DO NOT CLOSE IF ITEMS ARE NOT COMPLETED Here is a run down of all the issues we have had: -All of our initial walk through items were pushed to our 30 day list forcing us to take numerous days off of work to meet all the trades. 45 days after closing and we are still getting all of the trades out to fix the laundry list of items. Some of them look at the issue and say oh. My work order doesn’t say that. Sorry we will have to come back. -Sewer backed up into house at 8:30 pm two weeks after we closed. -AC condenser unit froze on move in day and was so loud that you could hear it from across the home -Master bedroom air vent was closed on walk through so we wouldn’t hear that when opened it sounded like an airplane was taking off and so that the other rooms could get air (this has now been band aid fixed with adjusting the dampener so less air goes there). We were recently told that was the best they could fix it but we will see how the house cools when it’s 120* outside -grout in tile is all different colors throughout house. We were told on initial walk the cleaning team would fix this. Didn’t happen. (waiting to see how they will band aid this one) -Front door isn’t square so when a breeze blows wind howls in and our hallway sounds like the set of a scary movie. -Electrical wiring is so cheap in home that when you vacuum your room the lights flicker (electrician said it’s to code and completely normal) The only positive in this process as been our current superintendent, Dan, who is amazing an an asset to Lennar. It was the best home buying experience I had

I had issues with the entire buying process except titling and the final walkthrough with Scott and Saul. My sales rep CC was my least favorite person with this deal luckily I had my own realtors on my side to oversee her. The best part of this ordeal is Scott from the construction team always available for a call or to help in the house even after the sale. This guy is a true asset to the Lennar team. The title team another great asset to Lennar. However your sales and sales support throughout the process to include your finance people were absolutely horrible. Luckily my financial people caught a huge mistake in the financing of this home and we switch gears and made it happen. But again it was me and my team that realized the issue and Tammy had no clue what she was doing. ... More

Take notes and write down people and what they do.

We bought house in Aloravita South community in Peoria, AZ. We never get to choose options like flooring, cabinets, exterior color, elevation etc. Its like Take it or leave it....not customer friendly.

We had an easy and efficient experience from home selection through closing. Our salesperson Adrianna and loan officer Jerrod were amazing, and guided us seamlessly the entire way. We had a warranty issue 6 weeks after move in and our customer care rep Jamie took care of it right away. Things happen with new builds and it’s reassuring to know Lennar will take care of any issues so quickly. We are very happy with Lennar and our new home.

The entire experience was great. Everyone was friendly. I am very happy with the overall quality of the build. The overall cost of homes are too high. The only negative thing I can say is that Lennar used the lowest quality interior paint (flat) that rubs off if you attempt to clean it. For the cost of the home, there should be no low quality materials used. I repainted the interior during the first month. I love my home.
