The process was easy from start to finish. The title, lender, sales persons were all stellar. Warranty representative is great and easy to work with.

No matter how small it was a big deal to Lennar. They were there for me whenever I called and were prompt, professional and knowledgeable.

There are still issues with the home that there have not been fixed, that were there once I closed and moved in. Poor workmanship, cutting corners in finishing.

We felt fortunate to be drawn in the lottery. Many people were not. Build took two. Oaths longer than expected, but with Covid we were not surprised. Disappointed with the quality. On closing day they were still doing last minute items. A lot of items had to be put on a punch list! We were told at our one week prior to close that the house would be pristine. It wasn’t! Paint many spots on floor. Window blinds missing, paint touchups not done. Door trim missing in areas. Grout smears everywhere on bathroom kitchen tiles and bathroom tiles. We can not be happier with our new home. We were so excited when we saw every stage of the construction. When the day came to move in, we were blown away. We are so excited that this is our forever home

Our construction manager was so thorough we had very few items on our punch list after orientation. Since then everything has been prompt ly addressed. I’m thrilled with my new home

Not a great experience overall.

The buying experience was extremely pleasant as compared to the mortgage process through Lennar which was difficult at times. First, my wife and I were impressed with the building of the home from start to finish. Everything was constructed in a very purposeful and deliberate manner. The structural integrity of the main structure was solid. Second, the doors and kitchen and bath cabinets were a bit on the cheap side but because they are builders cabinets we accepted that deficiency. Third, the kitchen granite countertop was installed with a defect that has not been addressed even after 2 complaints. Fourth, the house is spacious and we were given a slightly larger piece of property than other builders give. Workmanship on the house was lacking in a few areas and getting those issues resolved definitely took longer than it should.

Honest and ethical home builder. Very responsive to the few minor issues we have called out. All resolved within about 1 week of escalation.

Good value and good support

My experience with Lennar has been a complete 10/10. This was my first home purchase so I wasn't sure what to expect, but the level of customer service completely exceeded my expectations. While I was waiting for my home to be completed, everyone on the team was in constant contact sending me biweekly photo updates on the home. I was also able to pop in and see the property at any time, and everyone on the home site and in the on location sales office was always more than welcoming and accommodating. After my purchase, Amy was the construction manager assigned to deal with any repairs I needed and she was absolutely amazing. She even brought my dog some homemade treats on one occasion. Working with the underwriter was a terrible experience. Endless questions about insignifigant expenses that were pertinant to one month of expenses only. He could have easily missed major expenses that occurred on other months. I wish we had financed through our bank that knows us well. Great service and follow up with Dave H. on final inspection. He was extremely responsive when we had the A/C break down. Megan P. has been very good with staying in touch to see if we were satisfied.

The warranties have been very helpful. Tom from Heritage Asante in Surprise has been exceptionally helpful.

Professional staff assistance throughout the building process and onsite help when needed after the improvements are finished.

Lennar delivered exactly as they said they would. No missed milestones. No nonsense. No surprises. I'm very happy with my new home and the neighborhood.

My backyard fence was only 5 foot high the entire neighborhood on my side having foot the bill to bring it up to 6 foot
