The entire process was delayed multiple times, virtually no communication, and it was difficult to get in contact with someone to assist with whatever issue I was having at the time.

Overall good experience. Some quality issues like grout and paint messy in some areas.

My husband and I were hesitant to buy a home in a new development because of how quickly the houses are built. We had assumed that there was no care in the process, and it was all about profit. However, buying a new Lennar home was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The incentives are unreal and the streamlined process made communication simple. We have been recommending everyone we know to buy a home out here.

Great response and the service always delivers

Overall process was smooth. I used all of Lennar's in-house services (loan, insurance, and title). Good communication with the team and streamlined the process. Their prices can't be beat, but you do get what you paid for. Lower build quality and materials compared to other builders, but we knew that before getting into it.

The experience was good up until I had to contact the senior loan processor…. She (Chevon) would not answer or return my phone calls. Didn’t look over all documents that were sent… kept giving us the run around, would send me an email at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a list of items I had 48 hours to submit. My walk throughs were great, Terrence was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The overall purchase experience was not the best. The quality of the house and the workmanship of the structure was good from Lennar, however, their lending team was not the best, at least the one I worked with. The lender I worked with overpromised rates, time frame for which the mortgage would be done, and lack of communication during key parts of escrow. Furthermore, an annoying detail occurred when we finally received our code to enter in our new home, it turned out we were given the wrong code number, which was annoying because it took away the magic of entering your home for the first time, and after talking with some neighbors, this same issue happened to them. Lennar financing department is terrible, lack of communication and each person blames the next saying it’s not their responsibility even though everyone is representing Lennar. I would say the builder was better side of the Lennar company until they refused to make repairs promised they would repair after final walk through, blaming weather for inability to make repairs prior to final walk through and now refuse to make repairs stating it’s not cover through their warranty. Lured into buying from Lennar by incentives, fast closing and quality of homes thus far the only promises kept was incentives for closing then selling off the loan to another bank as soon as the deal closed. Paint splatter on the floors, electrical outlets and light switches installed crooked. Water heater on ground floor but both full bathrooms and laundry room are upstairs . Why? Water faucet in backyard not in a convenient spot when you have a side yard . exterior paint sloppy.

My first home, and my family loves it! The Lennar team helped me a lot, and answered all of my queations which made the whole process less stressful. The incentives were the best. We love our home and looking forward to make lots of new memories.

You need better informed employees. Your title and sales department are lacking. Couldn’t give me right pricing didn’t include solar purchas lost documents. Worse home buying experience ever.

We had a great Lennar team, from sales, inspection, to lending. Everyone was very helpful and communicated well. Seth, Gabriel, Nic and Jonadab were especially helpful!

In my house is water damage and is almost 1 1/2 months is gone, but he’s still not finished the job and it’s too much mold in my house and kids will live with me. Does not a safe if anything happened with my family I saw them in court

The best purchased I made. Everything is upgraded no need to upgrade. Love the big windows all around the house. It’s specious, it comes with high end appliances. They are easy to work with if you have issues with house, for example: an outlet not working. All you have to do is put in a maintenance order, Lennar service team will contact you and they will set up an appointment and fix the issue. Haven’t had a problem with them yet!

Lincoln was the best part of this process, and we also used Lennar Mortgage-everyone there was top notch.

It was a great experience! I will defenitely recommend future home buyers to go with Lennar homes.

The buying process was easy and smooth

We purchased a home this past year and it was easy.......at first. There were too many things that were off putting. Joanna (sales) couldn't remember who me and my husband were almost every time we spoke. This made it seem impersonal. Cole (loan officer) did his job, and he backed up his word on ensuring we purchased a home with good terms. The closing process got rushed from a month to 21-days which stressed us out. We found out that this was due to Lennar's fiscal year ending November 30th. So, in the end, Joanna got the builder to give more credits and Cole kept to his word. The misinformation and difficult communication at times was an extra unnecessary stress, but at the end if the day, we got our home and at a good price. ... More

It’s like buying a house using your IPhone. That’s how easy it was. Only mandatory in person contact was the signing with Notary. Highly recommend

Lennar employees provided excellent cooperation during the home purchase process, and I am satisfied with them.

Tengo dos meses con la casa (nueva), aunque me gustó el diseño, la calidad de los materiales son muy baratos, incluyendo la cocina hecha de aglomerado, en el segundo piso tuvieron que hacer reparaciones ya que caminas y el sheathing hace ruido como su fuera una casa vieja, los baños pueden verse bonitos pero aun así los acabados son de baja calidad, el motor del aire acondicionado lo colocaron cerca de la sala y hace demasiado ruido, también llega el ruido a las recámaras que estan cerca del motor, no entiendo porque lo pusieron ahi... entregan sin pintar la cochera y en la parte de atrás sin los gutters ni downspot, y los de la fachada los entregan sin conexión al desagüe, los pisos son de vinil y el Fence tendrás que ponerle laca ya que solo es madera sin protección, los andadores laterales no tienen piso solo tierra, , así que tendrás que gastar mucho en arreglar todo esto... ... Purchasing my new home from Lennar has been a good experience. From the very beginning, the process was smooth, transparent, and thoughtfully managed. What impressed me the most was…..the home came with modern finishes, smart technology, and energy‑efficient features that other builders often treat as upgrades. Walking into my new home, I felt an immediate sense of comfort knowing that it was move‑in ready with all the essentials already in place. Jon from the Inspection team was excellent. He took care of minor issues that were identified by him and us during inspection. He was quick on responding back with any questions we had. The construction quality could have been little better especially the fence in the backyard. Inside the house, I appreciate the open floor plan, natural light, and thoughtful design. After closing, Lennar’s customer care team has been responsive and supportive for most of times. However, I do have concern about solar company. They have not processed our paperwork with PG&E so even after 2 months house is still not on solar energy. We had made several attempts to Lennar customer service and vendor. Lennar customer service gave phone number where we cannot leave message and no one picked the phone even when it was tried different days and different times. Lennar can do a better job on this other than that it was a fabulous experience with Lennar. Overall, buying from Lennar has given me not just a house, but a home where I can build lasting memories. We haven't bought a home in 15 yrs and hope we never have to again. If we ever do it won't be with Lennar. I don't know even where to start so I'll stick to the facts. First off they sent us the contract with floor plan and we were so happy....until we saw the house in person and realized they SENT US THE WRONG FLOOR PLAN!!! I kid you not, the plan we signed for had a extra flex space down stairs which excited us so much. My wife sews for a living and it was going to be a great work space and sure enough it wasn't even there. Their response...."Oops" That was a alternate draft and never should have been sent to you. WOW... and the compensation for that was Zero of course... Now lets get to closing because this is good one. We understand delays happen all the time. We knew it was a possibility but we had a buyer for our old home and took the chance of selling it and timing being out of it 1 week after our new home was to be closed.. So of course it was not a huge surprise when they called us the week of closing and emailed us and said DUE TO DELAY IN PGE METER INSTALLATION there would be a possible up to 3 week delay. I met with the builder and he said its a PGE issue they can not control and out of our hands. Well what they didn't know is I have a work contact with PGE and so I called and asked about the delay. The project manager for my track was very surprised to hear that and relay NO REQUEST for a meter has even been made. Can't make this up. So I emailed my agent and that builder to relay what I learned and get clarification. I mean maybe PGE is wrong. maybe its their error. I wanted to give my home builder the opportunity to set the record straight. Insert Cricket sound here lol. No response at all. Their silence said everything. Flash forward to when they delayed it again at closing after that delay of the " Meter" cost me over 1k in hotel bills till the home was ready I brought that up with my agent. Her response was " Well I was out of town that week and get lots of emails" She said she never saw the email and even said she did not even recall why we were delayed. Now that made me feel important lol. Sure enough I get a call the following Monday from PGE after I sent that email the rep said " Your meter was just requested?" WOW just WOW. Such blatant dishonesty and lack of integrity made me wonder how they even can stay in business. So you might be asking yourself surely you let your agent know how you felt and the end of all this. Of course I did and while she was apologetic and said I could speak to her Manager of course I was not in the mood to relive any of this. The second I got my keys I tried to put it all behind me.
