The entire process was delayed multiple times, virtually no communication, and it was difficult to get in contact with someone to assist with whatever issue I was having at the time.

My husband and I were hesitant to buy a home in a new development because of how quickly the houses are built. We had assumed that there was no care in the process, and it was all about profit. However, buying a new Lennar home was one of the best decisions and investments we could have made. The incentives are unreal and the streamlined process made communication simple. Overall process was smooth. I used all of Lennar's in-house services (loan, insurance, and title). Good communication with the team and streamlined the process. Their prices can't be beat, but you do get what you paid for. Lower build quality and materials compared to other builders, but we knew that before getting into it.

The experience was good up until I had to contact the senior loan processor…. She (Chevon) would not answer or return my phone calls. Didn’t look over all documents that were sent… kept giving us the run around, would send me an email at 4:30 pm on a Friday with a list of items I had 48 hours to submit. My walk throughs were great, Terrence was very helpful and answered all of our questions.

The overall purchase experience was not the best. The quality of the house and the workmanship of the structure was good from Lennar, however, their lending team was not the best, at least the one I worked with. The lender I worked with overpromised rates, time frame for which the mortgage would be done, and lack of communication during key parts of escrow. Furthermore, an annoying detail occurred when we finally received our code to enter in our new home, it turned out we were given the wrong code number, which was annoying because it took away the magic of entering your home for the first ...

Terrible financing department and customer service

Lennar financing department is terrible, lack of communication and each person blames the next saying it’s not their responsibility even though everyone is representing Lennar. I would say the builder was better side of the Lennar company until they refused to make repairs promised they would repair after final walk through, blaming weather for inability to make repairs prior to final walk through and now refuse to make repairs stating it’s not cover through their warranty. Paint splatter on the floors, electrical outlets and light switches installed crooked. Water heater on ground floor but both full bathrooms and laundry room are upstairs . Why? Water faucet in backyard not in a convenient spot when you have a side yard . exterior paint sloppy.

You need better informed employees. Your title and sales department are lacking. Couldn’t give me right pricing didn’t include solar purchas lost documents. Worse home buying experience ever.

The best purchased I made. Everything is upgraded no need to upgrade. Love the big windows all around the house. It’s specious, it comes with high end appliances. They are easy to work with if you have issues with house, for example: an outlet not working. All you have to do is put in a maintenance order, Lennar service team will contact you and they will set up an appointment and fix the issue. Haven’t had a problem with them yet!

We purchased a home this past year and it was easy.......at first. There were too many things that were off putting. Joanna (sales) couldn't remember who me and my husband were almost every time we spoke. This made it seem impersonal. Cole (loan officer) did his job, and he backed up his word on ensuring we purchased a home with good terms. The closing process got rushed from a month to 21-days which stressed us out. We found out that this was due to Lennar's fiscal year ending November 30th. So, in the end, Joanna got the builder to give more credits and Cole kept to his word. The ...

We haven't bought a home in 15 yrs and hope we never have to again. If we ever do it won't be with Lennar. I don't know even where to start so I'll stick to the facts. First off they sent us the contract with floor plan and we were so happy....until we saw the house in person and realized they SENT US THE WRONG FLOOR PLAN!!! I kid you not, the plan we signed for had a extra flex space down stairs which excited us so much.
