People at the front office are ASSHOLES. I never leave reviews but these people motivated me to do so. So rude. So unprofessional. One of them even cried and never once were we rude.

From my first visit and meeting Tracy to the end of getting my keys finally, this experience was wonderful as a first time buyer. Tracy was full of hope and secured that I can get my dream home. It was a lengthy process and at times will take a toll on you, but overall Lennar's team was on my side every step of the way. I really appreciate this entire experience and I highly recommend dealing with Tracy directly. You don't need a realtor. I did everything with Lennar.

There are many "small" things I've noticed were rushed or perhaps not done correctly- however when I have reached out for assistance or support the support has been highly responsive and they've corrected what was needed. Good experience.

The process was easy and fast!! The communication was very smooth & good. We have zero complaints.

I've been without a toilet paper holder in our bathroom for over a month because the installer or "Trade" as they say, forgot to install it. Unacceptable Responsiveness and Service!

The Lennar team was helpful in finding us a home that met all of our needs. The construction of the home is very solid with a few minor issues. Nothing major the team throughout every step of the way was helpful. I would recommend others to buy from Lennar.

Our lender that was looking at our file the first round was horrible and called us the day before closing to tell me we had to pay $20K in debt in 24 hours. He was not knowledgeable on VA home loans either.

Even worse, no one answered the phone when I asked about the problem, and the issue remained unresolved.

The loan officer Geeta *****’s support was beyond exemplary and I’m sure she went above and beyond what was expected from her. I can’t thank her enough for.

Our realtor, Marla, told us all kinds of false information just to make the sale. We called her out on a majority of it and she would try to back track. One example is that the ***** fees would be taken out of our mortgage to make things easier and that's been proven to be wrong. When doing the walk through, excuses were made for every building mistake made and some were not fixed because "it's a new house". For example, there were cracks around every window sill and door frame and we were told it was bound to happen because the house was settling (even though the house was built less than a month prior). Some of the flooring with the carpet is uneven and barely fixed or documented. Definitely shows that Lennar produces fast homes and charges more than they should for the product. ... More

After moving here, it is sad to see how the community is NOT kept up by Lennar. We pay HOA to not have an actual ***** until the buildout is complete? That should be disclosed at the purchase of the home. Concierge is non-responsive when you email her.

Overall I am very happy with our new home. The purchase process was surprisingly simple. I bought a quick move in home so I cannot speak on the design process. Quality of the workmanship is good, love some of the design features that were considered standard, one of which would be an absolute must going forward. Moving in went well, only a couple minor issues but Lennar was very responsive and quick to resolve them. If I had it to do all over again, would definitely purchase again

Our only minor is***** is that some of the windows tend to be difficult to close.

This was an entirely new experience for me. So from start to finish, I felt this home buying process when so smoothly and quite quickly. Never in a million years had I thought we'd be in a new build home. Lennar worked hard in getting us into a new home. We are pleased with the craftsmanship so far,only been in our home for about 2 months and have had 2 is*****s ,one with wiring and the second a ventilation is*****. It was handled quickly and that was much appreciated.

The home quality and workmanship is excellent. We also had the greatest sales woman ever, Ms. Marla, who was amazing with helping us out during our long process.

Lack of responsiveness from sales staff.

Barbara wasn't friendly and Noah who did the walk through wasn't helpful at all. During the final walk through he only had 5 minutes to go through the house. There were so many things that were still wrong with the house and no information on who to send the claim form. The communication was bad from everyone at Lennar. I wish I went with another choice.

Our experience with Lennar has been extremely disappointing, particularly regarding the backyard of our new home. The plans and information provided during the purchase process did not accurately represent the condition of the lot. We expected a relatively manageable backyard slope, but the completed home was delivered with a steep embankment approximately 15–17 feet high, taking up a significant portion of the usable yard. During our walkthrough, the construction manager acknowledged that there had been an engineering or communication error. Despite this acknowledgment, Lennar did not offer a solution proportionate to the severity of the problem. We were offered only a $5,000 credit or the option to move to another lot, even though properly addressing the slope, drainage, and retaining-wall concerns could cost tens of thousands of dollars. We raised the is***** well before closing and repeatedly attempted to reach a fair resolution. Communication was inconsistent, responsibility was passed between representatives, and we never felt that our concerns were treated with the urgency or transparency they deserved. The home itself has some positive features, but the backyard is***** substantially affects the property’s usability, safety, appearance, and potential future cost. Based on our experience, buyers should carefully compare the grading plans with the actual lot conditions, request all representations in writing, and independently evaluate any slopes, drainage, or retaining-wall requirements before closing.
