I had good experience with lennar home . Everything I got good only that one when I walk in my upstairs floor it makes some sound that is not good and also I can feel unbalanced carpeting . Thanks

House is pretty good, only problem I get is the electrical issue. The light switches and electrical outlets do not work in most of the areas in the house

The process was ok, compare to the first Lennar property we purchased. Window coverings, fridge, washer and dryer was not provided, unlike the previous Lennar condo we had. Other than, the house is nice.

Overall, a good experience. Just minor details are the only reason for the 4 out of 5 stars. Other than that a great experience.

Buying process was easy and exciting.

Mike was awesome in doing the walk through and explaining the house hardware and installations.

We sold our previous home of more than 20 years, purchased our Lennar home, closed on both and moved in three weeks. It was very stressful but the assistance and support from the amazing Lennar team (Rosalie, Gail, Vickie) made it less so. We've also had great support from our Customer Care Rep, Vince, to address minor issues. I would recommend Lennar without reservation.

Lennar is there for you even after closing.

Buying a newly constructed home is the best decision you’ll ever do

Overall, we are okay with our first home experience, friendly helpful staff but really wish for better quality. First, our house was delayed as SCE did not install power cables on time (or so we were told). This messed up our entire furniture delivery schedule. Second, the entire home seems way to rushed. When we moved in the roof was missing a tile, one the cabin door fell off in less than 2 months, one of our window screen was missing during move in, one of light switch was installed upside down, another switch wasn’t connected to power and just found out as the weather is getting cold that the heater didn’t work (and not sure when someone will come to address the issue). With all this, we are not sure what other problems (hopefully none) will come up the longer live in the house. It is worth noting that the staffs (Jeff snd Joannie) were super helpful and responsive through this whole process which made these issues easier to handle. However, we still expected better workmanship for a new home built by lennar. The mortgage loan was made easier and less stressful thanks to the help from our MLO, Kathy, from Lennar mortgage, the escrow and scheduling staff was less helpful and made our final signing and closing experience extremely stressful. ... Great experience with our sales rep and customer service person.

Make sure you read and understand all the CC&R's gor the community your are buying in...HOA. They can be real petty with common home-owner practices.

They build really fast and sometimes the quality and workmanship suffer. However they do their best to resolve issues.

Lennar offers quality at a competitive price. The communities are well thought out and some offer amazing recreational amenities.

We love our Lennar home!

Gen suite has worked out wonderful. Both in-laws and parents have had extender stays. Neighborhood amenities are wonderful. Recently installed my Tesla electric car charger(easy hookup). The sales team outstanding. Thanks Scherri for all your support, assistance and caring.

This was a Great experience!

The product is great and I am happy with it. The customer service from the loan officers was not what I would have expected. Everything was via email. No one ever called to tell you who would be calling you next, or what the next steps were. You would just receive an email from someone new making request. Very impersonal for such an important purchase. The initial agent was missing in action unless they needed something signed on their end. Never reaching out along the process to see if we had questions.

Jason and Maria were definitely a pleasure to work with Carlos also was very professional all of them are valuable assets to lennar I'm definitely recommending lennar to people I know I think the HOA fee is way over priced and should be lowered a few people I tried to refer to said no to the offer simply because of the HOA fee

Buying experience was not like any I have expienced before. Communication was horrible. Loan requirements were ridiculous. Took forever to get loan approved and then rushed to close and got keys before home was entirely complete. Still working on the solar to complete process. Streets in front still have construction wear and damage and markings because I got a model home location so streets look old. Was not happy that quality of work is not a guarantee to upgrade shower heads and design of bathroom door in master bedroom is so difficult to close as it’s maybe an inch from toilet and no help with a fix. It was nice to have a new home but all the issues is not worth it for the high cost of the home ... More
