Plumbing and electrical problems in the first month

It took days to get a virtual meeting just to explain the problem and then weeks before anyone responded to fix the garbage disposal. The furnace didn't work and it took over a week to get anyone here to fix it. It was in the 30s at night and we were freezing. Don't like the delay for the virtual response. Better for Lennar, not me. Other small problems also took a very long time to get attention.

Love the layout of my new home and all that comes included with it, however, the smart home/connectivity features have not been very smart and frustrating. Both the sales and customer support staff are great to work with...need better security of the outdoor electric panels to prevent theft of breakers.

Overall, home purchasing process was good. The Lennar representatives were very helpful and accommodating. Especially, Klarissa with Stonebook/Ridgeview releases. This only thing we wish is that materials used in this build were of higher quality. We’ve already had to repair the shower after only a few months of use. The home value is compromised when lower quality materials are used in the home.

It would be beneficial for a Representative of the HOA to be involved in the Purchasing process to provide valuable Information to buyers regarding HOA rules and regulations re: front and back yard landscaping etc. I am finding it challenging to adhere to all the regulations for Installing landscaping. It would be helpful to provide some HOA Approved Business Referrals to members for an easier transition. Thank you.

The initial experience wasn't great and even after moving in I feel like the sales team don't value the residence...no welcome gift, no follow up. BUT the building team lead by Eric have been amazing in addressing concerns inside the home from paint to drywall to electrical to back ordered items. He makes you feel like he cares that you are there and wants you to really feel at home in your new home.

A little more attention to detail is needed in workmanship. It was found when attempting to install a ceiling fan that the wires were completely painted, over and they had to be scrapped to identify the color. Where you'd assume 18" between studs, it was 24". After some rain, a 2 1/2 + foot sink hole appeared adjacent to the exterior garage wall directly below the breaker box.

The quality of these homes are pretty good. The experience with Lennar Mortgage was a bit difficult, as well as having issues addressed during the building process. There were issues of not getting all of the Everything Included items that were promised by the Sales Office.

I was impressed with all of the homes I saw. The staging of the homes made you interested in purchasing. I am happy that the builder included all of the appliances in the purchase of the home. I pretty much got everything that I wanted.

Compared with other builders, Lennar gives so much amenities/equipment as standard not as add on and we have made research 8month before we bought the house. which is a great value. However, during the final walk and the first 90 days, we found quite a bit of issues with quality workmanship, some are small and some are majors. Most issues were addressed but the more we pay attention to details the more we have issues with workmanships. For example, ceiling on the second floor was uneven toward the wall and we found out when we painted the wall ; secondly, numerous cracking on wall ...

We understand that Don is a busy man and he has gone above and beyond to ensure any issues we have had with the home that they are addressed. We have however had a work order placed for 4 months now for stains appearing in our granite as well as electrical concerns with a few of our outlets blowing the circuit breaker. I’ve emailed and called several times and spoke with the builder to get the cover for a sprinkler head that is missing. When we did the walk through it was documented and they said it would be done by the time we moved in, it’s been over a month and there still isn’t any communication on when it’s gonna get done, it’s very frustrating that once you purchase a house from lennar it feels like your concerns are put to the side and that’s not good for a company to promise these things and here we are well over a month with no response. Very disappointing to say the least.

when you do your house walk the first and second time, everything looks great and you are loving it, once you are settled in, you start to really notice everything is rushed and done the cheapest way, when you are putting in tickets for repairs, they take along time to reply, i understand i am not the only one here but on some tickets, they dont even get back to you, i am still waiting on cracked/broken cabinet drawer which i mentioned in the walk thru
