Like any other home, I imagine there were small problems that would pop up but were generally quickly handled by Lennar. The sinks in the home all around are absolutely terrible. None are designed to drain food and water. They are mostly flat and therefore don't drain very well. The kitchen sink particularly would have been better off with a 2 basin sink that actually allowed itmes to flow downward and drain.

We were left in the dark for weeks as they pushed back our closing date several times. We tried getting a hold of Corina multiple times on several different occasions but she ignored all our calls, voicemails and emails. The home itself is beautiful but are now having issues with leaks and things missing. The customer service person - chris- also completely ignores all the calls, voicemails and txts. Only when we complain he comes around and still doesnt actually get anything done. Rick was great to work with and we know he did his best. Brian the builder is amazing and so kind and helpful. ...

Do not finance with Lennar

The sales team and home care team have been great. Beautiful home with minor issues after move-in that were taken care of quickly. The Lennar Mortgage is incredibly shady. Worked with the mortgage team for over eight months. Terrible communicators with even worse work ethics. Tried to take our house back at the last minute due to errors on their part that could have been solved but they refused to try to work with us. Forced to threaten legal action before we were heard and given a chance to find a new mortgage company less than 24 hours before we were to sign documents. Stay away from Lennar ...

Interior Paint and no medicine cabinets

No medicine cabinets in each bathroom is very inconvenient and will just need to be added, not good. Interior paint appears watered down or just very cheap. So thin any touch leaves a mark

Not a terrible experience overall. Workmanship is so so, but they are pretty responsive to any issues that come up. Working with their Financing company is terrible so if you can get your own financing I would highly recommend that

We are now going on for five months since we have move to our new house and so far we have two toilet bowls that have clogged. This is just for regular use, object was put in, just regular use and appropriate toilet materials. I suspect the toilet bowls are the cause.

Several communication issues throughout the process. Seemed as though each sales rep, finance broker and escrow agent have too many clients and attention to each client is impacted. Issues after sale have been non stop with very little assistance in resolving the issues. Lennar needs to engage with their contracted vendors to ensure issues are resolved timely without putting the client/buyer in the middle considering these are their (Lennar) vendors.

Buying the house so good everyone at Lennar was helpful and professional. Once moved in get anyone to simply finish the repairs that were agreed upon on the walk thru has take multiple attempts. Many miss appointments no call backs no reschedules. Very disappointing and frustrating. I guess getting the house funded and closed was the most important part of the process for Lennar not customer service and support.

The home buying expereince was seemless except for the rate. The models are really and the home build quality looks extremely good. The support after we moved in was a bit okay and has room for improvement. What I hated the most in the home buying process is the sales rep said that they have interest rates specials but would quote different rates and would defer it to the lender. The lender quotes different rates to different people and when asked about matching the rate that my friend got, she asks me to check with the sales rep and they just blame each other and finally I had to go with ...

Build issues took the joy out of buying a new home

We had a leak in the downstairs bathroom where a nail was put through a cold water line. Mold was found in the walls from the leak and required holes to be placed in the walls and flooring in the downstairs bathroom, hall closet and entry area near the garage. We had a sewage blockage that was noticed in our walk-through. There was carpet installed on the stairs over broken floorboards. There was vinyl flooring placed over a hole in the sub-flooring in the master bathroom. Sending this review because this is apparently the only way to get the attention of submitted trouble tickets. I think that should should say all there is about Lennar caring about home issues. We seem to have been forgotten about as soon as closing happened. And please, work load due to the number of customers is not an excuse.

The processing part itself was not bad. Although we closed a day late because they forgot to give us some papers to sign. Which, they did again a few weeks after we closed.Just a bit of lack of communication. Some of the major issues that were noted in the walk through looked like they were repaired by a 12 year old. They are still not fixed. Customer care guy told us to text him “not email “ him very specifically and so I did but there was never a response at all. I can’t wait until all my issues are fixed so I can just be done with Lennar to be honest.

I have paid for stickers to be posted on the bumper of my car to allow me to enter the community after 9 PM three weeks ago and still have not received them. When I ask Lennar representative I get no response. I also at direction of Lennar have requested planting few trees in front and backyards and have not received any response.

The purchasing process and getting the loan was great - except that I have learned from friends who I referred that additional purchasing options could have been shared. Specifically, a buy down option. When I received the keys I sat in front of the home waiting for my husband to walk in with me.
