The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. The process with Lennar was exceptional from beginning to end when we got our keys. The team frequently checked in with us on how the home was progressing and having that transparency was crucial as at the time of construction we lived very far. We appreciate all the hardwork the team has put into making these houses a home and we look forward to enjoying our home for years to come.

Friendly and professional but be prepared for many issues with finished quality and timely response to address issues…especially with the numerous small contractors they use to complete homes…

Excellent - keep up the service

If you buy a house and there are issues with it lennar will try to blame you for it. And since there are issues with it obviously they didn't do a good job on it.

Overall great experience for a first time home owner. I had a lot of questions through out the process and LENNAR did a good job of answering those questions and teaching me.

Lennar build quality comfortable house

This was my first time buying a new build and it was a great experience. The whole Lennar team has been great to work with and very responsive to needs once we were moved in.

Overall I had a great buying experience. The issue I had was encountered after move in. My home has no heat because the heater wasn’t working and we went a few days with no heat until I went and purchased heaters for the house.

There’s no quality control a lot of defect needed to repair after moving in, materials that were use are not consistent with other homes within the community, no feedback from construction manager when questions were ask about the house.

We love our house and it was a great experience

Coming from Wisconsin the bathrooms are normally close enough that you don’t need to waste water by running in down the drain for 30 second to get hot water. Also the change of design of not having a land line option in the house is a bit disappointing as when the next emergency (earthquake or fire) in the area, we know cell phone will not work. I also don’t understand why we have no option for electric appliances when there are solar panels on the roof. These items make me question the architect that designed the buildings.

Make sure you take your time with your walkthrough. I felt rushed and some issues where never fixed.

Lennar needs to work on their problem solving skills and communication skills. Customer service needs to work more harder!
