the sellers sucks, when they give me the keys alot was missing and my paperwork is still not complete

The entire of using Lennar as a Mortgage Lender was very stressful and would never use them again. With such great credit and a huge amount of asset I felt I was treated like someone without a job or money. My real-estate agent Rosalie was the absolute best. she is the best employee Lennar has in this area

The product is great and I am happy with it. The customer service from the loan officers was not what I would have expected. Everything was via email. No one ever called to tell you who would be calling you next, or what the next steps were. You would just receive an email from someone new making request. Very impersonal for such an important purchase. The initial agent was missing in action unless they needed something signed on their end. Never reaching out along the process to see if we had questions.

My wife and I never expected to purchase a new build but our daughter had such a great experience with their Lennar new build a year ago she encouraged us to visit the Legado community. The rest is history from the moment we met Gail and began the process of home ownership with Lennar. Best experience from May until August we sign escrow. Our new home price and mortgage everything we could have asked. Definitely appreciate every person we met on the Lennar team as each one made our home buying experience a dream come true. Jerry H.

From start to finish. Lennar did a great job keeping me informed with the whole buying process. Any questions I had, were answered in a respectable time frame. I’d highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to buy a home.

Great incentives, all issues found in walkthrough fixed promptly. Minor complaints: the fridge filter was clogged before closing and I couldn’t use the fridge to drink water and the appliance warranty wouldn’t cover the cost. Contractors used both for window blinds and solar panels are unresponsive and error prone. Its been 2 months and my solar panels still are not functioning due to a permit error. My blinds are still not installed correctly.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating as well as quick to ensure we close on time .

Once the house is sold, the sales rep is horrible on following up. I am still owed money, going on 2 months of wait time.

Truly the most nightmare experience ever. Just 1.5 months in, I need more fingers just to count the amount of problems I’ve encountered with this house and the whole process. I truthfully regret ever buying this house, and would not recommend Lennar to anyone ever.

The whole experience was easy. I am really enjoying my new home and like the neighborhood.

The sales office staff and the concierge staff isn’t very responsive nor do they seem to know a lot about the houses on the spot. I got the feeling that they were always busy and due to the fact that the sales staff was love to a new track each month they didn’t know much about the houses. Lennar having a couple documents of general information that sales staff could give out to buyers would help out. And if possible each office could keep a list of FAQ to give out would be very helpful. Also, no one ever told me that the solar wouldn’t work for the 1st couple months only learned that the day I got the keys. I do like that the condos are built so that very little sound is heard from the next door units. Please note that the 1 car garage can be a tight fit depending on the car. We were so pleased with the home buying experience with Michael. He did a great job navigating us through the home buying process. Answered any questions we had in a timely manner. Chris was a pleasure to work with and helped us get settled with our new home. He’s been right on top of any requests and has been a great resource since our closing. Quality and workmanship of drywall and paint was lacking.

After showing interest in the property our Lennar agent would not reply or answer any of our questions. It was almost impossible to get a response and even delayed our closing date. Our Lennar lending agent also lacked urgency in a market were rates were fluctuating daily. I wish we would have had better communication because the process caused a lot of stress and anxiety in a time when we should have been excited and celebrating our new home purchase.

This group is outstanding. They make sure to go the extra mile to see that you are more than satisfied with every aspect of the purchase.

Robyn was the only great and helpful person in the entire process who response to calls. As it stand I don’t even know who to call to activate my solar panels and paying close to $500 for electricity bill. I hope I get a better experience.

We were the last buyer in the buildout phase. From contract to closing escrow was about 3 months! We got the GenSuite model. Good value for the price we paid. Everyone was great to work with.
