There was an issues on the outside and I was trying to claim that issue thru website bit it wasn’t working. So, I emailed one of the personal and haven’t got the response yet!!

(2/5) Stars Great Price, But Regret Rushing — Disappointed with Warranty Support I bought my Lennar home thinking I got a great deal, and at first, I was really happy. The sales team and loan officers were excellent—professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth. But once I moved in, the issues started. I officially got my keys on May 21, and by July 1, I already had a plumbing problem. I was told the repair would happen on July 7, and here we are—nothing has happened. The warranty department has been disappointing, I’d rate them a 2 out of 5 at best. The plumbing company Lennar works with hasn’t followed through, and it’s frustrating as a new homeowner to feel ignored. It’s a shame because I was even considering buying another Lennar home for my son—but after this experience, I’ll be looking elsewhere. The people handling the loan took forever to respond, would not read emails I sent them before asking me for information, information which I clearly stated in the email I sent. Quality control seemed to miss an extremely crooked window, an EV charger that was installed upside down and with a connection that doesn’t work. No Lennar is stating they won’t pay for the adapter or fix the issue. I do not like I could not change the countertop or cabinets, I can’t believe a master bathroom is sold as a tub/shower combo without the option to change it. Buying experience was not like any I have expienced before. Communication was horrible. Loan requirements were ridiculous. Took forever to get loan approved and then rushed to close and got keys before home was entirely complete. Still working on the solar to complete process. Streets in front still have construction wear and damage and markings because I got a model home location so streets look old. Was not happy that quality of work is not a guarantee to upgrade shower heads and design of bathroom door in master bedroom is so difficult to close as it’s maybe an inch from toilet and no help with a fix. Our buying experience started great, we were very excited to get approved for the home. The home-buying process started great and then continued to go downhill. By the end of the process we still had no idea what day we would close. It was very stressing. The workmanship on the home varies. Some things are done really well, like the appliances, but the attention to details is lacking. For example, where the countertop pieces in the kitchen meet, one side is cornered and the other is not. There were scratches on the island that didn't come out. There are clumps of paint on the underside of the stair railing. The shower drains were loose, just sitting on the drain, not done correctly. A door frame has a gap between the frame and the wall, not patched. They could have done a better job for what we paid for the house. This is the 3rd new home I’ve purchased, but the first from Lennar. And while they did provide a very competitive closing deal package, the endless disclosures, the “have to do it the Lennar way or no-way” , the incompetency, broken promises or down right lies by some of the folks we worked with in the mortgage department, Sales team and warranty/customer service folks, never again. They cheated our Agent out of her commission! We purchased a model home and we’ve had to have suppliers out to fix a broken irrigation system, correct electrical wiring (who puts a refrigerator and microwave and 2 other outlets on the same breaker?), water lines under kitchen sink and now repair water leaking from the ceiling due to the air conditioner, whose drip pan is now broken? Pretty sure it was broken when installed into the ceiling, in a location designed by Lennar that no way can it be serviced/maintained. It’s literally crammed into this space. Our neighbor is having similar issues. Never again will I purchase a new home from Lennar. ... More

Overall good experience, staff were very responsive

This was the first time purchasing a home through Lennar, I've purchased about 6 homes in my lifetime, must say Lennar has topped them all. From the young lady in the office to the title/closing folks, everyone was top notch, they know their job, very polite, patient, and considerate. Additionally, they offer so many amenities to their homes, nicely built, and very much up-to-date with the latest technology. They worked diligently to close the loan, I've never closed on a loan from day 1 to finish in 30 days. The loan was fully funded in 30 days. We had a pleasant and wonderful experience purchasing a home from Lennar. Everyone was friendly and easy to work with. The loan officer we had truly cared about our financial situation and went above and beyond. The home was built well. The appliances provided were upgraded. Our family is very happy with our new home.

Lennar was a great company to work with. Everyone that we met and dealt with, from first entering the show center to finalizing and closing escrow, My loan officers, Isabel and her counterpart Maria, were very helpful and resourceful with all the paperwork process and questions I had. They made our experience of purchasing a home simple with no issues. Buying a Home can be very stressful buy they provided guidance and professionalism in everything they did. From Deborah, Laurie, Kathy, Brooke, Larry, and Kenny everyone did an amazing job for me. I always tell people how easy and stress free the new build process is, and as a first-time homebuyer, it truly was a great experience. From the finance and business side to the builders themselves, the whole team walked me through every step. It’s honestly incredible what you all have created. I’m even trying to convince my mom to buy a new build too!

The Lennar team I worked with was great from start to finish. Marla, my sales associate, was amazing—super helpful and easy to work with. Jorge, my home care rep, was quick to respond and got things taken care of right away. Overall, Marla and Jorge really made my homebuying experience a great one.

I’ve emailed and called several times and spoke with the builder to get the cover for a sprinkler head that is missing. When we did the walk through it was documented and they said it would be done by the time we moved in, it’s been over a month and there still isn’t any communication on when it’s gonna get done, it’s very frustrating that once you purchase a house from lennar it feels like your concerns are put to the side and that’s not good for a company to promise these things and here we are well over a month with no response. Very disappointing to say the least.

The sales people are very nice and helpful. They walked me thru the whole process and support me. The house is beautiful and we really love it. I’m really glad I was able to get it!
