My first home. What a Great experience!!

Stephanie, our sales rep, was incredible getting us through the home buying processes. Vince, the construction manager was incredible in making sure the house was as perfect for us as possible. He even stopped by occasionally after we moved in to make sure everything was going well. He went above and beyond helping me troubleshoot some work I was doing and touching up some paint that I messed up. The house itself has been a blessing. The family and I are loving the many “e.i.” Upgrades, and quality craftsmanship. This is our second Lennar home and we are very happy with both experiences.

Sales Representative were extremely knowledgeable and helpful during purchasing of my home. After moving into home and minor incident with drawer and under cabinet were addressed and fixed quickly.

Started to look at new development in N. Fontucky about 2 years ago. Give or take. We new we had to clean up some debt. Earlier, in March, we came back to see if we qualified. And we did. We got on the VIP list. People were super nice. Through the process. Super easy buy. We also went from 3rd phase to 1st phase and got a few extras. Cari was super awesome from the beginning to end. Eagle mortgage has some work to do. Wrong forms , missing forms, wrong prices, and multiple signings. It did match the awesome people before and after the purchase. Now that we purchased our house, the people fixing something here and there ( it's normal) we're pretty cool too. Raul and Brett are very involved. Super responsive. They both take pride in the work they do. I love my house. My neighbors are pretty cool too. I hope they don't hate me because of my dogs. Anyway, I would buy again. My lender though. Love it. This is a really nice community and hone. The Lennar team is very responsive to any needs you have. My movers dinged my walls a bit and Lennar crew were here to fix the minor issues. The homes are low Yard maintenance which is nice in this hot weather. They will not disappoint inside and out.

Everyone involved with the purchase and closing was very professional, helpful and patient. I would highly recommend Lennar to family and friends. I'm fact my boyfriend is the one who referred me to Lennar!

The over all experience is great and the house is wonderful. Since this is my first house and as we have been getting to know it better. We have found little discrepancies that could have been caught while the build was going on. I know we have a year to have things fixed but it would have been nice NOT to have anything to fix too. Again, new home and first time home buyer so maybe I am being a little over methodical but then again we are spending a lot of money on our home so things should be what you want them to be.

The purchase was one of the best values on the market. The team was very helpful and Professional throughout the whole process.
