I purchased my last home four years ago, also a Lennar home. When it was time to sell and move I looked for Lennar communities. The entire experience with pruchasing went smoothly. Minor issues with a cabinet were resolved quickly. I have noticed the workmanship in construction and drywall is of poorer quality. My floors slope in some areas and drywall is warped in a few places.

I’d to thank sales consultants Jeff Symon’s and Jaqueline Stairs for helping us land our home in the West Shore of the Rockpirt Ranch community. MLO Renee Darling and processor Lena DuFour did an excellent job keeping me informed and bringing this loan/home purchase to the finish line. I’d also like to give a huge round of applause to customer care representative Arthur Castrejon. He did a spectacular job on the walkthrough and spotted and tagged things that needed fixing before we did and has been available to me after closing when I’ve had questions on things around the home. Overall experience is great. Great communication and support. I feel Lennar can do better with materials quality. Using cheap vinly for windows and doors is not good.

The Sales Department was my favorite part of my experience. David was there for me every step of the way! If I had a question he always had a answer or would cheerfully get the answer. Maintenance department is so good and they prep the home so very nice for delivery. Thank you Richard and team. Every part of the house buying was good except for the Lennar Mortgage. Nothing but problems!!! I would suggest getting the loan elsewhere.

What we were expecting in our new home is exactly what we got from Lennar Homes. It has been a great experience from the purchase process to moving into our new home.

Honestly, we were hesitant at first but eventually as we got through the process and was so fortunate to secure financing, we had a wonderful experience. The Lennar team did a wonderful job keeping us updated, addressing concerns, and ensured we had a smooth closing process.

This is my second new build purchase from Lennar and I am very happy with the quality and timeliness of the new home I purchased. The sales associate, Rosalee was very professional and followed up with all questions I had. The quality of work is once again excellent and the all included feature is a good value. The service representative David did an outstanding job on the walk through and is very responsive to any needs I have had. I highly recommend the Lennar Builder group.

My Lennar home had everything i was looking for and more. I am happy with my purchase and that I was able to get everything I wanted and a reasonable price when I thought it may not be possible. Not much got done after my walk-through and doing my punchlist, so I wasn’t really impressed with how the house was handed to me. However, the response with contractors and work orders have been amazing. The contractors are fast to respond and pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend Lennar and purchase another Lennar home in the future. Is it for

I loved everything about the experience. My ONLY complaint was with ANABEL, the rep who gave the 2 walk-throughs once my home was complete. She was NOT flexible with her scheduling which caused me to leave work both times, she rushed thru the walkthru..she could have just handed me the brochures to read because her presentation and customer service was horrible. She asked me to tell her for the most minut issues. I pointed out a couple and she NEVER followed up.

Overall it was a great Experience!! There was little issues when we 1st moved in, but that’s the nice part of having a new place with warranty, then buying as is. Lennar came out and fixed the issue and with any other issues, they are still coming out to check and fix issues . With that a HUGE shout out to Rudy! And another reason for the 5 star on trustworthy! When they say they’re gonna come out to help or fix …. You can trust him!!! A true professional!! For the price, it was good but of course, everyone would say would be nice if it was cheaper lol. Thanks again Lennar for the experience, and for having good people on your team, from Marla, to Rudy and Jason (you know who you are) thank you!!!
