This has been a great first time home buying experience. My sales agent Laurie was superb and was there to assist and navigate along the way. Leslie was also amazing with answering any loan or finance questions and ensure alignment with the title company/requirements. Again, amazing experience and team. All backend/pending follow up items have been addressed or completed. Kristine has worked closely with me to complete all service request and assisting with all pending installations. Fast to build the house and good quality inside of house. Workers are very responsive and friendly.

There were some issues at the tail end but were quickly resolved. All in all it was a fantastic experience.

Very good and beautiful house

The entire team from sale to mortgage application was very helpful. However, escrow was less than enthusiastic to answer questions in general. Unlike some of my neighbors, no major issues with quality of workmanship and materials. Still don't know whether the garage door and color are built to original specifications; wait time for the subcontractors to respond and to do minor repairs have been too long and is too earlier to tell the lease of the solar system is a good deal.

Purchasing through Lennar made this home buying experience the easiest. If we’re to purchase another home, we would definitely go with Lennar!

The staff is exceptional. Barbara in Sales was always very kind always available to answer any question and knew my name. Julia, my loan rep was knowledgeable and patient as the process was a lot to deal with. She was very good explaining everything and I sure had questions! Keith conducted the dusty shoe tour and explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. Whitney my on-site Customer Care Rep will definitely make you feel like you’re family and make sure you get taken care of. Steve conduced a virtual visit to take care of a weather stripping issue. Overall great experience for a first time home owner. I had a lot of questions through out the process and LENNAR did a good job of answering those questions and teaching me.

This was my first time buying a new build and it was a great experience. The whole Lennar team has been great to work with and very responsive to needs once we were moved in.

I like the architectural design. Everyone involve in the building process is very helpful and knowledgeable. Any concerns you have were addressed properly.

Great value for your money. There are a few things on material that could have been better. Electrical breakers keep pooping and base board ends not painted.

Very easy process, with help along the way to make things easy to understand.

My concern has been the outside paint on the house seems to be coming off, with the ongoing construction we often sweep or wash with the water house and the paint comes off.

We are very impressed with the responsiveness of the care team, especially Ernie, with our post move in issues, which are minor. We love the community.
