every phase was first class from Dee in the sales office, the building on time, the walk through, Rusty in finance, the closing of course we love the home. One thing would be to let the buyer know that Lennar does offer insurance which is very reasonable. Apparently, there was some confusion about the availability in the state of California and so it should be made clear that at least in my area Lennar did provide insurance.

I really like most of the people that work for you. Juan is pretty awesome! I really appreciate all of his hard work.

The entire process, from initial purchase to final move-in was very good.

Trying to figure out which bill were do monthly or every other month took several phone calls. Also getting contacts regarding payment was additional calls.

Devin assisted us in securing our home. We were hesitant due to all the negative reviews we saw and choosing to not have a realtor, but when people say the builder agents are only working in the best interest of the builder, they have not met Devin. She was truly amazing every step of the way. Austin was fantastic during our walkthroughs and Prestin/Customer Service team have responded very quickly to anything that has came up since we moved in a couple months ago. The only thing I can say that I wasn't incredibly pleased with was the lender representative we had, we felt there wasn't a lot of communication but at the end we were happy with the results. We were able to see multiple homes in the price range that was right for us. We were able to take our time. However, once we made our decision we had to come back the next day to sign paperwork. Our Lennar salesperson was ready to do the paperwork that day. It took her longer to get the paperwork ready, and we were planning to go back home the next day. We left later that we wanted to to return home.

Although small, too many imperfections all over the house that you wouldn’t normally expect to see from a brand new house
