The purchase experience was very smooth and easy from start to finish. It would not be possible without the great team we worked with. The sales person Sue, was very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us. She was very responsive and helpful during purchase process. The financial team was also great! Victoria was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She was very nice and was always willing to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. The construction team was also extremely friendly and helpful. Dylan was always there to help when the issues arise. He was patient with us. Every time we would see him on the job site he had a smile on his face and was willing to answer our questions. I wish Lennar used better quality cabinets and carpet. The cabinets are particle board and very weak. The carpet is thin and the nails from tack scribs pock the feet. ... More

Quick move, closing done in 30 days, safe place.

The purchase of our new home when smoothly. All of the Lennar agents and staff were very helpful in the entire process. They were professional and knowledgeable in guiding us through the entire house selection and moving in process.

The whole buying process went so smoothly. The Lennar finance team wirk efficiently in securing a great deal for me. However after the move in I have many questions and no answers. I recently inquire how to use my water sprinkler system because it hasn't turned on, but no one has been able to help me out.

Moving to El Dorado Hills after 39 years in our previous home in Sonoma County was a major decision. Lennar’s step by step process, the personnel assigned to us from sales, move-in to customer care has helped make our transition a smooth move. The floor plan we chose meets our criteria to include an open plan with 9 foot high ceilings, generous windows, large sliding glass doors, energy efficient construction and appliances, fire sprinklers and solar panel system.

Julie was fundamental in the purchasing of my home. She help me with my house and my realtor in getting it sold as well as helping me keep the house I wanted till everything came together. Super nice lady. Thank you Julie for your help!

Inside of the house structurally also there was a difference in one of the bedrooms. They claim ei but they did not include little things like hand towel holders. Their craftsmanship for details like painting , switch covers installed, base boards is not upto the mark. I thought Beazer was bad and had much higher expectations from Lennar. Plus not much choice for kitchen counter and cabinet upgrades.

Lennar made my first time home buying experience a breeze. It started with Kristiina who was a wonderful sales agent and made us feel comfortable and welcome. She was patient with all of my first time home buying questions I had. Next was Brian with Lennar mortgage. He also took the time to answer all of the questions I had and helped me get a great interest rate. Lennar Title got all of my paperwork completed on time and made everything a breeze having the mortgage and title company in one. Finally, Ryan and Ozh, the construction managers, and Michelle with customer care spent hours with me going through the home during my New Home Orientation and taking note (and fixing) every item I brought up. Love my Lennar home and the community

The only suggestion I have is that the position of the outside faucet not place to the side of the house, there should be at least one faucet near the front of the house or near the garage

I recently purchased a home from Lennar, and overall, my experience was quite positive with a few areas for improvement. What I liked: The offer process was smooth and well-coordinated. Lennar's team communicated promptly and ensured that everything progressed as expected. Both the loan officer and the customer sales agent were extremely helpful, making the home-buying journey seamless and less stressful. The construction manager was receptive to any issues I pointed out and was always ready to address them. He also provided some valuable tips on home maintenance. Areas for improvement: There were times when I found it difficult to communicate or reschedule meetings. Some walk-throughs were scheduled without considering my availability, and my attempts to reschedule went unanswered. This led to a few inconvenient situations where I had no choice but to attend as scheduled. While the home overall meets expectations, I feel the quality could be better in some areas. For example, I noticed that the wood quality in the attic was not up to par, and some details like missing garage opener studs were disappointing. In summary, I appreciate Lennar's organized approach and helpful staff, but there are a few areas—particularly regarding communication and certain aspects of construction quality—where improvements can be made. ... I appreciate that the yard was completely done and the cabinets were nice but somewhat small. Nice place very quiet

To start Tammy was amazing. Super friendly, attentive, and supportive. She legit feels like part of the family! My kids constantly ask about her and she's never hesistates to check in with us or stop to chat when were walking through he neighbordhood. We came across an amazing opportunity for a dream lot and floor plan and couldn't pass it up. The home buying process was simple and fast! Osh (I guarantee im butchering his name) was and has continued to be supportive. His smile is contagious. Super knowledgeable and understanding. Did a great job showing us the home and going through everything we need to know for the initial walk through and followup. He even makes sure to check in periodically in passing even after weve been established! In short great experience! I will say some of the workmanship/materials leave something to be desired especially for the price point but maybe thats just the standard the current home market is held to... I will say with that said certain things I noticed that does separate Lennar. The concrete on the side comong out the garage side door. Seems small but I see many lenders not put anything there. The moisture monitor to determine if the sprinklers should turn on seems extra but nice touch.. all in all blessed and thankful! ... More

It was a delight experienced for my home buying with Lennar’s build company with their professionalism, especially with Cori A. her patience, and people-first attitude customer service. We got to moved-in our new home in two weeks home delivery process successfully.
