LENNAR has a Great team from beginning to End of the moving process Home design is very good I wish they will speed the process of having the street lights working already, at nights is very dark outside our home Overall it was an excellent decision to move to this community and I trust LENNAR 100%

We had an excellent experience working with Lenar and their staff! Every deadline was met, and we were able to move into our home within three weeks of seeing the model home.

This is our first buying experience with the Lennar and i would say i will buy it again with them in the future although our escrow closing has been delayed 3months and materials that used for the new home seems bare minimum quality products. Im saying this so hopefully the Lennar will consider this into for the future home buildings. The reason i would buy it again is people who are working for the Lennar. Lindsey Chavers homebuyer concierge was there to address my issues and support so i could put up with 3months delay problems.A huge thanks to her! And once we have moved into the new home we have faced and are facing problems in my new home but the Lennar service team is kind and there to support and try to fix my matters asap so i feel confident of my new home. Although im hoping the home warranty can be 2years rather than 1year! And there are still Lennar people onsite to work but they are all friendly and kind. From sales to move in, everyone was kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There are two areas of improvement. One is the electronic documents. Many get posted with titles that don't fully make sense to the buyer. Please use plan language rather than acronyms or other wording that a buyer would not understand. Our biggest issue was with the outsourced underwriter. Although Lennar Mortgage was excellent, the underwriting company made the mortgage process painful. For buyers with excellent credit, they went overboard. For example, asking for the source of a $50 deposit and wanting to see a $155 Macy's bill that was paid on time. Every time we supplied all the documents on their list, they came back and asked for more. In all our years of applying for mortgages and refinancing, we never experienced anything this stressful and time consuming. Lennar needs to outsource the underwriting to another company. ... More

I found the perfect retirement home at 3Roots. It was expensive but exactly what I wanted. Loan and escrow were fairly simple compared to my previous home. Had a few problems with various items but they were all attended to by Lennar.

Our journey with Lennar has been smooth. Newly constructed home looks and feels great! Lennar delivered on time, and with quality. It has been almost 1.5 months since we moved in to this new home and so far, few initial minor issues found after move-in were promptly and professionally serviced by Lennar team. I recommend Lennar for those home buyers who want to buy a brand new home. Lennar is very organized.

Lennar made it easy for first time home buyers like my wife and I to own a home. We appreciate everything they have done so far. I think the only feedback I have is for customer service as I have submitted multiple tickets and only got one resolved so far and never got an update from them.

Very professional in all aspects. Their keen attention to detail is what makes the difference.

We've been in our home for 3.5 months so far and the experience has been very good. We watched our home be built and were impressed with the speed and even closed earlier than anticipated! There have been a few issues but all have been minor and most have been readily fixed by Lennar. The market is insanely high right now (we purchased in May 2021), so our house cost more than we wanted, but that is due to the overall economy and desirability of our area (San Diego), not just Lennar.

Overall satisfied with the home and it’s upgrades the home came with. Home is almost sound proof since I have not heard neighbors next to me. One thing that stood is I feel like the turnover of the home was rushed. What I mean by that is there is some paint splatter on the carpet or small missed corners not painted properly.

Sales agent was outstanding. Likewise with Customer Care rep.

Very easy process and a great product

The process from start to finish was easy starting with our sales person Ryan, he has been tremendously helpful, and answers or finds out about anything we ask. Steve our loan officer was also extremely quick to return our calls. The quality of the people and the house are more than we ever expected, thank you again Lennar for everything you have helped us through.

Everyone at Lennar sales, mortgage and service Team has been great throughout the sale and moving process. While there were a couple issue here and there with the new house (re-caulking needed, hot water valve issue), Lennar's Team has been very responsive and quick to solve them. The house and neighborhood have been overall great so far, loving the new area and amenities!
