How quick and precise they were

Lennar was able to close in 18 days; yes in 18 days, which was amazing. The home was complete and all issues were resolved. When we found a couple niggly issues they responded very quickly and sent out people to resolve the issue. I would give them 5 stars, however if there is something to give them feedback about is their yards seem to be something they have to do, and the quality shows through in how well the grass is laid out.

Staff seldomly returned calls. Resolving issues was very difficult.

People at the front office are ASSHOLES. I never leave reviews but these people motivated me to do so. So rude. So unprofessional. One of them even cried and never once were we rude.

We had issues getting our financing through due to appraisal issues. We were told by Lennar that they would waive daily delay fees, so with that I decided to continue to proceed with the purchase. One day before closing I was presented with a 3k late charge. Horrible!

The quality of the house.

I had the best loan officer. She was able to help me with what steps I needed to take to get into the house.

The cabinets are not solid wood and quartz is a 1/2 in instead of normal 1 inch

Some of the workmanship is rushed (lots of paint on my floors and dirty doors on the outside)

Overall purchase experience was positive. We love our new home! Landscaping seems incomplete in some areas of the neighborhood, including some dead shrubs and trees. The neighborhood is still under construction, so we are waiting to see how it will look in the end and if landscaping issues will be addressed.

From start to finish, the Lennar team was incredibly helpful and transparent. They kept me updated on all current developments and made sure to respond timely to any questions I had. After taking possession of the home, I found a few issues that needed addressed. The process to request support was easy and the items were addressed with a sense of urgency.

A great process for us as first-time homebuyers.

My experience with Lennar was costly, chaotic, and disrespectful. What should have been an exciting home-buying experience became unnecessarily stressful due to poor communication, changing expectations, and problems surrounding the closing process. Although I ultimately closed on my home, the experience leading up to it left me deeply disappointed in how the process was handled

It was how we were treated and things you all asked for that goes against real-estate laws

I recently moved into my new home, and unfortunately, my experience so far has been disappointing. Within just a few weeks, I faced a serious plumbing and drainage issue, with brown water backing up into the bathtub and the toilet becoming blocked. I was also disappointed with the lawn and sod installation. The sod appears to be poor quality, with noticeable gaps between sections and several areas that do not look healthy or properly installed. I understand that no new home is perfect, but I did not expect to face these issues so soon after moving in. I hope the builder takes these concerns seriously and improves both quality inspections and post-closing support. ... More
