Excellent sales agent (Jenifer), good price, good construction, thorough orientation/walk-through (Miguel). Solar company is slow, asked for first PG&E bill which I sent twice, but was evidently never read. The company's agents called multiple times asking for information that are on the PG&E statement. In trying to get a mailbox key, the US Post Office refused to honor our grant deed as proof of ownership because Lennar's Title Company did not include the property address, only the parcel number. It took calls and final visits to the offices of the county Recorder who referred us to the ...

I do not recommend buying a Lennar home. They use very cheap materials and the sales people lie. I cannot get mail at my new house. My Solar panels do not work, faucets are made out of plastic. They warranty dept is pretty good except they can only replace the broken junk with the same junk

After we move in we find a lot things needs to fix it, but because we didn’t catch when we inspect the house, now we have to summit a request and they make too hard to close. Too much stress

Russell, Cody, and Yanzi were great! They responded quickly and were genuinely concerned and wanted to help. The buying process was long but everyone was patient and helpful. We appreciated the orientation meetings since they were thorough and gave us a sense of the highlights and functions of the house. The warranty meeting was also beneficial as we found out the common areas that need attention along with other tips.

Everything went smoothly with purchase of our home. From initial inquiry, to processing mortgage and to finally acquiring the title. Emily, our sales agent from Lennar was very professional and transparent. She explained everything that we would undergo once we qualified for buying the house. She’s also responsive to even after the sales. We received all the drafts of the documents fe days prior to the signing date. Kitchen sink faucet loose

My kitchen sink faucet was loose allowing water to leak underneath the sink. I put a request in for someone to fix it. My Customer care representative Jason responded quickly and set up an appointment for someone to come out. The job was completed within a few days later and he even followed up to make sure it was completed. Thank you Lennar for making the process easy!

Lennar dropped the ball so many times during my home purchase. To start the real estate agent lacked communication which made us lose the original home we wanted. Then the home later fell out of escrow so we asked to bid on it again. Lennar took 5 full days to respond and tell us they sold the home again! We lost it a second time. Then On the home inspection walk through we pointed out numerous deficiencies that were noted and supposed to be fixed by the close of escrow which was 1 week later. The day before escrow close we had our final walk through and NONE of the issues had even began ...
