As a first time homebuyer I like that everything I wanted was included in the home. I did not have to purchase any appliances or countertops. Everything was modern and the color scheme I was looking for. I love that the models I was shown all had open layouts. I had the opportunity to work with a great sales consultant and lender. My LENNAR team was always available and very prompt when I had questions or concerns.

Overall was good experience from the initial purchase, finalizing paper work, inspection, and closing even though it was handle by various staff found all to be helpful. Concern had was not being able to change some things in the house but realized products in place were of good quality. Happy with purchase.

I was looking for a home in a certain price range. Ava showed me a couple of houses, but they were not quite to my liking, then….. she showed me a house that I liked AND the price had been reduced and in my price range. I signed a contract, got in touch with the loan officers (Candee and Ernie) . Everyone was patient and professional, from “looking” to “closing” The closing was fast, convenient and easy. I have owned a few Lennar homes, knew what to expect and am not disappointed. Lennar builds a quality house and I have never had issues with any of them.

We stopped at an open house January 3rd and closed on our new home January 23rd. Brian, Lily, Ann, and several others expedited us through the system (including a VA Loan). Outstanding. Our only complaint is the garage door has never worked with anything except the wall buttun inside the garage.

Overall, my experience purchasing a home from Lennar was good. The buying process was straightforward, and the sales team was professional and helpful during the contract and closing stages. The home has a modern layout and finishes, which we really like. As with most new construction homes, there were a few minor issues after move-in, but the warranty team worked in a reasonable amount of time to address them. I would recommend that buyers take their time during the final walkthrough to make sure any small items are noted. We made a big move from Central New York to Florida in the middle of the winter and we couldn’t have been more happy with the outcome of our new home. The cherry on top is the fun pool and every evening with a beautiful sunset. Thank you from my realtor to the salesman and everybody else in between to make this happen.

We highly recommend Lennar Builders. Over the years, we have had three homes built by different builders and have never been as pleased as we are with this home. The quality and workmanship is outstanding. Chip, our Construction Manager went above and beyond to make sure everything met our expectations. The project stayed on schedule the entire time. We are very pleased with our Lennar Home.

Friendly and easy process with team Marelli!

We were always curious about Lennar and their workmanship, especially considering how many things they include with the purchase of their homes, almost as if they try to cover their behinds with flashy objects. But thankfully this is not the case! From start to finish it was a great experience, easy to work with, great quality, and we are very happy with our new home.

Our sales agent, Gina was great, making this experience an easy one. She was always available for all of our questions. We are happy with our decision!

This whole experience has been very impactful. Terri was the representative worked very hard and diligently at every stage even far after the closing to make sure I was all set and taken care of. This experience far exceeded my expectations. The builder produced an amazing house as well.

Everyone was very attentive, and glad to help and answer any questions. They stayed in touch daily, and made sure that we understood every step. I was assured that they were on my side all fhe way! This really made me appreciate my "dream home" better!
