My experience with Lennar was outstanding from start to finish. The representatives were the best I've ever worked with—professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and truly exceptional. An excellent home-buying experience!

The selling team and the construction manager on site were great and very responsive to all our questions. The only issue we have had with our home is the HVAC system has not worked consistently and we have had to have the installers out multiple times. Aside from that, everything else in the home is extremely high quality.

The Lennar team has been very responsive and professional. The house itself has exceeded our expectations in build quality and attention to detail. We had an independent inspector conduct pre-drywall and pre-closing inspections, and he also found the materials and work to be of high quality. The concerns and questions that we've had have been resolved in a timely manner. Overall we've had a great experience and recommend Lennar to folks looking for value in a new home.

The pricing of the home along with the upgrades you receive included in that price were too good to pass up. The area we bought in is an up and coming area and will be fantastic.

Sales process was good. Enjoyed the sales rep. Made a mistake on choosing the home and Lennar wasn't responsive to my requests. Had to reach out multiple time and management didn't directly respond. It would have been an unusual request but would have appreciated direct feedback. Lessons learned.

I've been waiting for a damaged water closet door for over a month. No response when asking about the paint color so I can purchase some to touch up some areas.

No cohesiveness between mortgage and seller, many things needed to be fixed and still need to be fixed in the home. would not buy from lennar again if we had the chance

Too many portals that are business centered, not customer focused across Lennar sectors. Mortgage lender part of Lennar was unorganized, missed information- seemed to not care. Impersonal transaction, poor follow up.

At the signing of purchasing my home the hospitality was unprofessional.

Stay away from Lennar. Do not go through Lennar if you don't have to.

We love our Columbus model home from Lennar in the Sandhill neighborhood in *****, but the process was a major disappointment. Despite having our own inspector, the identified defects were not corrected prior to closing. After key handover, the construction manager broke off contact and warranty requests are simply closed without reason. We are left completely alone with the defects and cannot recommend the service under any circumstances. We are open to a conversation if Lennar wishes to get in touch.

It is so many large cracks the door had a large gap I'm not happy 😕

I had had very positive experiences with Lennar in the past. The company had always delivered a home that was move in ready, with quality finishes. Either Lennar has changed that philosophy, or this development is different. After signing the contract, I kept finding out about standard that were not included with this home. Here are some examples: No garage door opener and no handle or outside locking mechanism on the door. No gutters. The cheapest sheet vinyl floors that can be purchased. Terrible landscaping- sod was put down over trash on unleveled ground, no weed barrier put down under cheap straw filler, and a sprinkler system that was not adjusted to stay in my lawn. Fake quartz countertops in the bathrooms that are porous and stain easily. Low sink water pressure that cannot be adjusted. Now it seems if you need to put in a warranty service request, the only way you can talk to someone is if it is an emergency, otherwise, you have to go to your portal and "chat with an AI agent" who after trying to troubleshoot the problem with you will start a service request and tell you that someone will call you in a couple of business days. It seems Lennar has gone from a company that prides itself on delivering high end homes where standard means quality, to just another ***** company where builder grade means "cheap". ... More

Things seemed great at first, but everything began to fall apart when I tried to schedule my closing date. The process felt extremely rushed, and I was repeatedly told that only certain homes would be available during a specific month. This made me feel pressured to close out of fear that no homes would be available if I waited. I had mentioned I was in a lease and would have to pay double rent and mortgage. I was not able to change the closing date or time. There are only 3 times to close on specific days. Before closing, I completed what Lennar calls a “blue tape walkthrough” and identified several items that were unfinished or needed to be repaired. A mobile closer came to my workplace, and I completed the closing paperwork. However, when I drove to the Lennar office to pick up my keys, I was given keys that did not work. I returned to the office and was told someone would need to be contacted to resolve the issue. I was not able to gain access to the home I had already closed on until approximately one week later. The home I OWNED, I could not access. When I finally arrived at the home with my movers, I discovered that the items identified during the walkthrough had not been repaired, several areas were still unfinished, and the home had not been cleaned. I immediately sent pictures to the Lennar office. I was told that the condition of the home was unacceptable, and an apology was offered. Approximately two hours later, a woman and her small child arrived to clean the home. By that time, however, my belongings and moving boxes were already throughout the house, making it nearly impossible for her to clean properly. I ultimately had to tell her that she did not need to clean. I moved into a dirty home. I submitted requests for the necessary repairs. Although some items have been addressed, I have now lived in the home for more than a month, and several issues remain unresolved. I have also emailed individuals whom I was told were in leadership positions or responsible for overseeing these concerns, but I have not received a phone call or even a response to my emails. One of the most disappointing parts of this experience is that I recommended Lennar to someone who purchased the home next door to mine. Unfortunately, when that buyer attempted to move in, their keys did not work either. This suggests that my experience was not an isolated mistake but may reflect a larger problem with Lennar’s closing and quality-control processes. Purchasing a new home should be an exciting and memorable experience. Instead, I felt pressured during closing, was unable to access a home I legally owned, moved into a home that had not been properly completed or cleaned, and have continued to wait for promised repairs without meaningful communication from leadership. I have been living in my home for three months and was promised that someone will come out to spray my carpet and my house because it was infested with ants. No one has came out. I was told someone who sent someone out and I wasn't home and that is impossible because I've been home and I normally have everything delivered to me. I had to be notified to go out myself and purchase all these chemicals to spray my own home, so I did so, but there are spiders and ants, and all types of insects everywhere. I was also told that my sprinkler system would be fixed before I move in my home and it has never been fixed or replaced before I even moved into my home at closing. My sprinkler system never even got replaced so my grass is dying. When I moved in, I never got any type of salt sign in my yard or welcome home sign that I have seen on other people homes as they where closing I seen a welcome home, banner on someone's garage. And now I want to direct my concern of who I closed with. Luis was very unprofessional with my real estate agent. Because he wanted to work with a specific real estate agent that had nothing to do with me. I already had my own real estate agent. So far, I haven't really had the best experience or even a slight bit of a great experience. Living over here because even when I was trying to get groceries delivered, my address is mixed with someone else's address and the delivery drivers have been delivering my stuff in the middle of nowhere. There's many times I had to correct them and tell them that it is in the Pioneer Ranch community. ... More

I have been in my home a little over a month and have experienced so many quality issues and the lack of communication and response have been terrible

Lennar will ***** on all their sales, and will not honor warranty even when they admit fault.
