Willing to address the issues

Total experience from viewing models, answering questions, construction and final walkthrough has been excellent. Their team is outstanding and very responsive to issues noted after move in.

The quality of the kitchen cabinets and the concrete work leaves a lot to be desired. Not representative of a home at this price point.

The home is built well. Nice to have modern features that make things convenient. I know they were trying to keep costs down in the model I purchased but it would have been nice to have the option to upgrade.

I think my timing was perfect on moving here. Lennar had already started my home and I was not able to pick all the cabinets, floors etc, but the designers did a very nice job.

Overall, we like most everything. The quality of the materials used though should be higher for the price paid on the home.

First - I love my house. The design and size is perfect for me. There are many things that done well, especially the insulation. It might be warm outside, but not inside the house even without the air conditioning. The customer service rep has been great and has tried to quickly have my issues resolved. However, several of the issues reported should never have made it pass the final inspection before settlement. While I was disappointed that some things are seen as 'within the standards', I know that Lennar's standards are higher than other builders that I have dealt with in the past. Great value for the price! The Everything's Included program eliminates the hassle and nickel and diming of adding options that most people select.

Great response to my concerns

We bought our home totally remote and only saw the home physically after closing. Process included face time walk throughs to show us build progress. It was a spec home so we had no decisions for colors or upgrades which had some pluses and minuses but all in all worked out well. We came from a custom built home to the mass construction of Lennar and have been pleased with the quality of construction knowing it is not the same as custom built.

Great buying experience. Lennar kept us informed of any changes or situations. The builders drywalled over one of my bathroom windows when they were building the house, lennar was quick to fix it after we put a work order in. Very pleased with the house and Lennar

house is well made - have a couple of design issues but they are relatively minor- follow up after move in was not up to par

New home purchase from Lennar was a smooth and easy process.

There have been a few issues post move-in, and most have been addressed in a very timely manner. There are a few structural issues we have noticed...like cracks down the corners of our walls...which is a little unsettling.

sales person, loan officer and costmer care rep were outstanding; price and building material can be a little better.

The quality of materials is average. Lennar builds new homes so the push is for quantity not necessarily quality, however, they have put a significant amount of energy into the after care of the house. I appreciate that though it started choppy, they are aggressive about making it right.
