This is the size of house we were looking for in a nice central location in the southern Denver area. We are both closer to work and have room in this house for work from home days or crafting. The only downside I have found, and this is coming from being an electrician and building inspector, is finding all 4 bedroom flush mount light fixtures being mounted with only 1 screw instead of the manufacturer's and code required 2 screws. I have replaced all with ceiling fans.

From start to finish the whole process for us went very smoothly! We got the perfect home with all the bells and whistles you would want in your home! All growing pains with a new home were quickly addressed and resolved in a timely manner.

From the first introductions with Amy, and on through showings, contracts, on into move-in transitions to follow-up support, our whole buying experience built our trust and confidence in our decision to buy our new Lennar home in Erie, CO.

Overall the home is great. I have been pleased with all the customer service I have received. The appliances are standard which is fine they do the job

Overall was good experience - did have some issues with "extras" have had to have some things fixed. Carpet layers left bumps under carpet. Garage door had bent rollers. need to check check and check - eerything was taken care of in a timely fashion.

My new home purchase with Lennar was a smooth experience. They offered a lower interest rate than what the market and other lenders did. I'm looking forward to my first summer in the community.

I had looked at Lennar new builds for 11 months. I had made offers on two other homes. I walked in to my home, and knew immediately that it was THE ONE. The process was extremely simple, and I closed within two weeks.

Luke was very helpful in every aspect always willing to answer our questions and concerns. Adam was awesome with the mortgage process. The move was a bit hectic of the short time we had but worth it. We are very happy with how Lennar took care of us.

Local leaders, Patrick and Jason did well to keep us updated on the delays. While we believe that for the most part, the water meter issue w/ the village was beyond their control, we feel that we should have received additional compensation after the initial delay and the disruption to our lives in over the additional month delay.

Over all process was smooth. Especially Sales& Mortgage. Special kudos and appreciation to the Lennar credit score advisor. Lennar won’t dis appointment me and anyone for sure. Happy to recommend Lennar to my family and friends for sure. Regarding service team, I haven’t reached out them yet but Hoping to have the better customer support for the next 330 days.

House design is great and very practical. It's worth. Also, i am grad that compammy offers 1year warranty.

From the initial meeting with our rep, to being taken through the comprehensive buying process, the Lennar team was professional, responsive, clearly had our best interest in mind throughout the whole experience. We found ourselves in a precarious situation in order to secure our home we had to close in about 3 weeks, and the team did everything they could to make sure we did things the right way and with all the information and support we needed. We can’t say enough good things about our experience!!
