when you move in to a new construction home, you expect it to be clean & tidy, unfortunately that wasn't the case. the bathrooms were left extremely dirty. was disappointed to see that.

It was way to buy a new home with Lennar. Everything went smoothly and the house was only 7 days behind schedule. The staff is great. I wish I would have paid more attention to the materials, the cabinets, hard surface flooring and window are pretty cheap. The carpet is nice and overall it is fine for the price.

My family and I are so happy with our Lennar home! From the beginning, our sales associate, Logan, was patient with all of our questions, provided detailed information and helped us get the process started. The home itself has been wonderful, we're 2 months in and other than some minor issues, we're so pleased. If anything does arise, our warranty rep, Melanie, is so responsive in getting things handled or keeping us posted on timeframes. Highly recommend Lennar!

Great experience. Great staff that is eager to help. There are a lot of little problems that need to be fixed after move-in so keep a pad to write down all the issues.

Every step of the buying process was smooth with Lennar. This is our first home in a new community and every step of the process was seamless. Our project manager, Ian, was very knowledgeable and paid great attention to detail. We also worked with Adam for our walk throughs and he was very thorough and a pleasure to work with. Working with Lennar as our lender was the easiest process we have ever had. Lennar has thought of everything from start to finish. I highly recommend buying one of these beautiful homes.

Quality control very poor

The people are amazing, great at their jobs, efficient and attentive with great personalities and customer service. I recommend using Lennar’s services every step of the way through the entire process. They made it incredibly efficient and easy.

Weekly building updates were awesome while building especially living out of state. Still waiting on some needed repairs since we moved in. All in all it was a good experience.

The sales team especially Stacy did a great job for us. She followed up every week about the progress.

My experience with the selling agent and customer service agent Kami was excellent. Both were very responsive and focused on customer satisfaction. There were a few issues with various things either missing or not functioning properly that are being expediently resolved.

The 1 thing I'd recommend is the fence process shouldn't be left up to homeowners trying to split costs with people you've never met who don't want to spend more $
