That staff shines brightest from the sale to support. Unfortunately, the quality of the home isn’t as good as the quality of the Lennar team. I’ve had to open multiple tickets within a few months of living here and even opened a separate ticket due to workers ruining my grass from repairs done on settlement in the driveway. My biggest issue is with the “high efficiency” toilets they’ve installed. They use little water that I’ve had to plunge them 12 times!! Overall, I’m pretty satisfied with the purchase of my new home.

Excellent build quality, but difficult warranty process

It was easy and in eventful from start to finish.

Before we chose Lennar to build our home, we researched other builders in our area. Lennar stood out as being one of the best builders. We eventually bought a Graham model and love it. The open floor plan is spacious and full of natural light. The covered deck is a great place to spend time. We also love the inclusion of landscaping and irrigation in the price of our home. We would definitely recommend Lennar to our friends.

The warranty team at Lennar is great in helping fixing stuff.

The financing and home buying experience was simple and easy. There have been several issues since we’ve moved in including our roof leaking the weekend we moved in. The issues are being handled but we are very concerned about what else will come up. It’s also a little frustrating that Lennar wouldn’t work with us on the initial house that we wanted and turned about less than a month later and sold it for $46k less than what we offered.

Good experience, loan process was good with great communication back-and-forth

The home was built very quickly and may have over looked at quality work. The home has multiple soft spots on the main floor and also on the 2nd floor. Vents in the master bedroom are loud and always flapping during high winds. Return vent in the basement has a big hole which was not closed/sealed properly. There’s a little water leak on the vent by furnace. Radon mitigation should’ve been part of the home since the average prior to having one installed is around 12-15. The installation of cable/outlet was off centered in the living room. Paint on main door still have the home number visible. Other than those home issues, the Lennar Mortgage Team was great to work with and found us a lower % which saves us money in the long run. Overall, the house looks great from the outside and inside. The price on the home is steep without a finished basement and having a backyard not landscaped. Lennar should have a specific company to complete landscaping and fencing to minimize issues and over payment. ... More

Entire process went very smoothly and quickly. Financing portion was a little more difficult and time consuming but overall pretty smooth.

The whole process of home buying was very easy, organized and easy. Photos of the house going up at every stage was punctual and available; the person in charge of Contruction, sales manager, concierge and liaison person were all very available and attentive. This made the whole process less stressful especially because we are out of town a lot .

We love this house. We are having a little bit of trouble getting the little imperfections fixed to our standards.

From the very beginning responsiveness in regard to workmanship has been nothing less than poor.

The sales process was easy. Lennar mortgage needs improvement. So many repetitive disclosures and multiple times submitting documents when they are clearly on the site. Then, we didn't have the scheduled walk-though at stud stage and another later before the two week before closing walk-through. It was noted that Lennar doesn't like to close a house at this stage of the build but they pushed ahead anyway. The anxiety of not being able to close since there were no appliances until the day before closing was enormous. I don't know why you bother putting appliances in that are low grade and not let the buyer choose. There are several items that were not finished before I took possession that are on "the list". We'll see how responsive Lennar is at this stage. Mostly, the experience was not horrible. It could use some improvement. ... More

We love everything about our home and the people who made it all happen. But when it came to issues we found and needed fixing it either went unanswered or took a VERY long time to get responses unless I kept pushing. Still haven’t heard anything about our grass when we first moved it.. it was leaking from the neighbors side into ours and our grass never took before winter so when it comes time our grass will look horrible.. sent numerous messages and never got answers..

To make sure the house is 100 % done before move in
