I have a problem with the AC compressor in lest than 2 months. I need a new. Response time is good but sometimes no too easy to find a right schedule

The entire process was incredible experience. Natasha was so patient with me!!! We are looking forward to our next chapter at Glynlea. I highly recommend Lennar at Glynlea to everyone .

It was an overall positive experience. The process moved along quickly, and Lennar kept their promise to complete my move-in within my desired time frame.

I had a great experience in purchasing my new home.

The best part of the whole experience was working with Lennars lender Lily *****. She was quick and responsive and she helped with everything. She helped with issues outside of her scope of practice and always came back with answers, someone to call, or just information. She made the homebuying experience a lot easier.

The builder did a great job going over the details of the property. Setting the expectation of the closing process and keeping me aware of next steps along the way.

I was very satisfied with the purchase process and the incentives were great. But after closing there's a brick wall to scale for repairs. The claim is closed out without proper completion. I'm not satisfied with the process. Please understand that if I were a repair technician I would not have placed a request. Please don't expect me to paint a picture about something that is not my job. Just handle the request and schedule the service calls.

Areas on the inside had to be redone twice. Wall in living room very poorly done along with walls in bathrooms. In addition, installation of the fence took way to long.

The biggest issue was with underwriting, no the rest of the experience. At the very last minute, underwriting kept asking for more and more documentation, ultimately delaying closing.

Horrible sales agent. I would not work Lennar Sales agent nor loan officer again. Sales agent was unprofessional, bad attitude, not sure how Lennar hired someone like that.

We didnt get out appliances delivered in the time that was appointed. So we had no washer and dryer or fridge. I do not recommend Lennor to anyone.

Sales and construction were on the same page, met me in the middle and always responded with an answer. Moving day was very fluid minus the computer glitch upon signing time

The process began with Mike who showed us a few Lennar locations and helped us decide on *****. He worked out the deal and shared the various steps. Lennar's closing team was amazing with the walk-throughs and we met Rob, our construction coordinator. After closing we love our new home. Everything is so well done. No noise, quality workmanship, and any concerns addressed quickly.

Moving cross country can be very stressful and Lennar made it easy and seamless! From the initial virtual walk thru, everyone was informative, communicative, and helpful! We love our new home!

The building process was great. The CN was extre Knowledgeable and cared about his homes he was assigned. I wish i could say the same about the mortgagee guy Ryan. He was very short in his response's did not give proper details when asked. He just wants to close the deal and get paid. He does not care to make the homeowner or person going through the process feel at ease. If we did this over again we would go elsewhere or request a different loan officer. Sales team was friendly and nice. They also just want the sale. They become extremely distant after you sign on the dotted line. Overall i give this experience a 3/5 stars. Allen the Construction Manager saved this process from being a one star review. He went above and beyond with our home and we are extremely grateful for that. That is all that matter at the end of it all. The warranty department claims team has been amazing as well. They are extremely responsive and want to help resolve issues that arise! Landscaping was hot garbage. Concrete washouts all over property, including under grass causing part of it to almost die. Luckily I dug out the washout and put in dirt so the grass can flourish. Sprinkler system is settling, the grass is lumpy and uneven and looks awful. This is the entirety of my beef. Construction works also damaged my rain gutters and they still haven't been fixed.

We did two walkthroughs in the daytime so I never realized the outside light wasn't turning on. The stair rail just hanging on either side of a couple of screws- no anchor or studs.

I have several issues that are still affecting my home overall the home is absolutely gorgeous. There are two gaping holes by the under the counter lighting that I would like fixed there is blue tape that clearly the construction manager missed. Additionally I asked him to change the filters prior to me moving in because they were clearly caked in dust. He assured me that would be done and it was not. They also missed the installation of a tree and it took me escalating it to the regional vice president of construction in order to get that tree installed. That was after giving him an opportunity to get it installed for which he gave me an installation date and lacked follow up. I have a cracked concrete pad on my outside my house that had been repaired prior to my move in. It has since emerged again because it was poorly repaired. That too will need to be corrected but overall the home is absolutely gorgeous and I'm happy overall with the Lennar sales experience. The construction managers do need a kick in the right direction with their follow-up. Other than that I would say that your regional vice president was responsive and timely in getting my issue resolved. I have owned 2 brand new build homes. This by far is my favorite. Just prior to this I owned a ***** home. This simply far exceeds the level of quality that I had in my previous home in St. Johns FL. Based on this experience, I would buy another Lennar home in the future As long as the quality of work holds up and rightfully warranted items are repaired at my one year warranty. Given this is my third new build home I feel as though I understand which items are warrantable. I trust that those items at that time will be addressed in a timely and correct manner. ... More

The difficulty to get things done and the lack of communication

My mail n key has not been provided was told the association has it called association they said lennar has it. I haven't been able to pay for association due to the association not having my address correct bcus lennar screwed up, my address is not even reflecting in Google maps, my daughter hasn't been able to have a school bus again it goes back to address being incorrect and almost 3 months from closing no ***** documents with correct address.
