Starting from the day we signed the contract till the closing it hardly took 5 weeks. Mina Rezaei, Jon Jacoby, Julio Perera and many other LENNAR team members made sure we cross the line. Kudos to all of them. LENNAR closed for us with best possible APR and we were able to get home insurance as well through them. Best buying experience ever.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Closing team was phenomenal!!! Construction team was very responsive to my request. Julio (the project manager I believe) and his team including Sergio was extremeky engaged, professional and responsive to ALL my request. The master suite was big and spacious but the other two rooms were smaller than I would have liked especially for the cost I paid for the townhome. Everything is fine until after we bought we had a number of issues and the concierge and any of our contacts with Lennar with completely unresponsive. We still are not getting mail, have no access to the gym, park, pool and have had some issues with the poor installation of a few parts in our home

Ask absolutely everything and read the contract, even if it's long. You should hire a separate inspector for the day of the inspection and acceptance of the house because you don't know what to look for except the basics, if the property comes with many defects. You should ask in advance about the exact measurements of the patio, for example, so as not to be surprised. You should ask about the appliances that are not included now, the garage door opener, which is also not included, and especially about the non-impact windows. Very bad experience. Dish washer didn’t work properly, door lock didn’t work and ring either. Nothing can be solved by Lennar so I have to waste my time trying to call to the individual warranty. I moved to the community without mailbox. One month picking up the mail at usps. Now they are giving the mailbox key. But I have to drive to doral to pick it up. Everything is very inconvenient

I absolutely love Lennar. They make beautiful homes. However, Cascata is rushed and the construction shows. The guarded gate we supposedly pay association for is a joke- they allow anyone in at anytime without a call and the poor Lennar employees are overworked and understaffed. It’s taking them a while to get to me. I don’t mine since my issues don’t seem to be as pressing however, after spending way more that half a million on a house, I would hope for better service and craftsmanship.
