Requested a walk through with the sales agent and instead I got handed a welcome packet and keys.

The home we purchased was in ***** at ***** which has an annual ***** Fee and the amount we were quoted was a little over $1400 yearly and this was also the amount listed in our agreement and on the Lennar website. This amount was not accurate and ended up being a little over $2000 yearly which i discovered when I looked at the county website before we closed. When this was brought to Lennar's attention they pointed to the clause in the purchase agreement which said the CDD could change at anytime. They ended up crediting us $500.***** compensates us for the difference over a 30 year period. We purchased this home remotely and had a community manager which went thru the home with us via Zoom. He was very good and told us when we came into town he would come back out and review a couple of things because he knew we would never remember everything. We closed 6/30/26 and did not come to the property until the 1st week in August 2026. In the meantime Lennar switched out the community manager and the new one refused to come to our house or to explain the Ring security system that was installed without ever showing how it works or what was required to activate etc. Let's just say you get what you pay for with Lennar and their purchase contracts are basically hold harmless agreements. I should also note that when we went into the Lennar sales office we were told that the Lennar sales lady knew in January 2026 that the CDD amount had increased by her coworker. Lennar Title also ***** us by almost $1700 and is in the process of refunding this money, additionally the ***** told us that Lennar owed almost $600 in ***** dues which should have been paid prior to our closing in June 2026 which was showing owed when we checked in at the ***** office in August. Thankfully the ***** printed off the Lennar payment history so this could be addressed by Lennar Title which we have been told will be addressed as well as refunding our overpayment but as of the writing of this review September 2026 we do not have our money. ... Our sales agent was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend Kate. Most everybody we had direct contact with was also very helpful including Steve at Inspection however, much of the repairs and touchups from inspection were not completed and we are still waiting for follow up on a damaged door. Follow through at delivery was disappointing.

I've only had a few warranty issues so far and the warranty team has been quick and responsive. My one quarrel so far is the grout haze on the tiles. I've already spent a lot of time and money sealing the grout so having a crew come out with an acid wash is out of the question. *****'ll have to find some other way to get it up. Probably one tile at a time on my hands and knees scrubbing. Just wish that the contractors Lennar hired had done it right the first time. My floors look like they're permanently dirty and it's a brand new home! I hope Lennar gets better tile contractors in the future.

I'm completely satisfied with everything.

She went over and beyond to make sure we had a transparent relationship and did everything in her power to help us get our forever home! Lilly needs a raise because she didn't stop supporting and encouraging us during this long process. Even when we felt like we weren't going to keep going, she gave us perspective, words of encouragement and helped us see the light at the end of the dark tunnel

Great home ownership experience from the sales office, Roy *****, to the Managers at the Center, TJ and Nikki, to the building site supervisors, Carlos and Carlos. My thanks. The little building concerns are being handled expeditiously and with care and smiling faces.

Sales did their job, superintendent underdelivered. All the promises of things being fixed, gleaming floors, as stated by sales, all the blue tape was just removed, but the issues weren't taken care of. Had we had been given our second walk-through as promised, we would not have closed the home. Of course you don't see this till after you're closed and they give your keys. Brought it to the attention of the superintendent still promise to take care of things, never to be seen or heard from him again regarding the issues therefore, as normal up to the homeowner to take care of it, knowing what an inconvenience it will be to try to warranty claim it. Very disappointing. We literally had to remove the for sale, sign, and signage off of the home ourselves and pick up construction debris out of the yard. ... More

The purchasing experience wasn't bad. The purchasing agents were easy to work with. Same with responsiveness to issues after the purchase is made. There is a quick response from the time you add your issue to the portal. Which I appreciate. The part I don't appreciate is how I received the home. It was very dirty in certain areas. All window sills on the inside of the home were covered in drywall dust. My refrigerator was covered in dust on the top. Our garage was filthy. So much dust, sand and chalky soot. The Home should not have been handed over in such a manner. Especially when you're spending hundreds of thousands of dollars on Home, you should receive it very clean. We had to spend a lot of money in cleaning services. Additionally, I didn't know any better, but it's bare minimum build. Meaning no extras. No toilet paper holders, no towel rods or hooks, just bare walls. That was unexpected. ... More

I would never use Lennar again and would not recommend

My home-buying experience with Lennar was seamless from start to finish. The entire Lennar team was professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions throughout the process. They made sure everything was handled correctly and kept me informed every step of the way. I truly appreciate their outstanding customer service and would highly recommend Lennar to anyone looking to purchase a new home.

Great small, quiet neighborhood, good value for location.

After closing, very poor response, Utilities and new connections not explained very well, sales lady was great but rest everything was just a business.

Was excellent from beginning to end.

Was lied to by the realtor and others with :Lennar. Yard was filled with litter. Paint splatter in several rooms, on the patio bricks and driveway. Steel strap left stuck in front yard. Poor workmanship, poor follow-up.

Everybody was a huge help in making this process understandable and easy as possible to follow. From Sales to the Loan Officer to the Super. All my questions were answered with great patience. They were always available for me when I needed help and were extremely professional and nice. I appreciate everybody that was involved in making my 1st home buying experience amazing!

Bang for the buck it’s a great deal!
